Magsa-submit na po akong skills assessment pero may doubt po ako sa ibang items at need ko pong tulong:
1. Nagsara na ung previous company ko so ano pong ilalagay kong contact details sa form? May details ako at nakakuhang employment certificate before magsara but worry ko baka tawagan at i-verify. Ano pong pwede kong gawin dito?
2. Submit po akong application outside Australia at need ng evidence - statutory declaration, notarial certificate o statement signed by a lawyer. It must be stated that the applicant was not in Australia at the time of lodging, written on company letterhead and signed by the lawyer making the statement. Ako po bang gagawa ng statutory declaration at papacertify sa notary public using my company letterhead? Makikishare naman pong format ng statutory declaration. Or may iba pa po ba kayong opinion sa requirement na eto?

Tungkol sa former employer ninyo, listed na din po ba yung job description sa 'employment certificate?' Kadalasan po kasi generic-type COE lang ang nabibigay ng employer.

@angel21 hello... regarding sa #1 previous company nagsara, meron bang naka indicate na website? kase makikita din naman dun sa website na nagclose na yung company for whatever reason, etc. tapos check mo kung working pa yung phone lines, kase baka may bagong business or new line itong company so imaveverify pa rin that the company was previously existing..

@altuser41 Thanks for sharing. Detailed po ung job description ko. In fact ako pong gumawa ng body then sent ko sa HR Manager for review, printed on company letterhead and signed. I have her business card as well.

@pontsiano I tried to call the main line, ring lang po at walang sumasagot. I checked din do po ung website (main website website in Japan) pero nakalist pa din ing company. Although, when you google the company itself, may mga related articles about closure. But then again, back to question.

or if pwede rin hingi ka letter from HR with company letterhead stating na nagsara na yung company etc, baka pwede din yun. nwei goodluck! ;-) all is well.. ;-)

@pontsiano It's impossible ng humingi ng letter with the company letterhead since close na ung company at wala na din akong contact sa HR team. I'm thinking na ilagay pa din details ng company but with my manager's name and her current contact. Anyway, i have the certificate of employment and old payslips to prove my service. Is this a good idea?

finally nasubmit ko ng application ko for skills assessment and i'm praying for a positive result. meantime, IELTS naman any pine-prepare ko. I have another doubt po kung saan ko ipapasa iyong results ng IELTS ko since VETASSES doesn't require it. Anyone can help? Thank you again for the support.
