Kaso, may clause ako na hindi fully naintindihan sa ACS Result letter. Ang nakalagay kasi dun ay "...considered skilled as of Sept 2009." so nung nakita ito ng Case Officer eh mali raw ang claim ko dahil dapat ay yung employment ko from Sept 2009 ako mag-ke-claim at hindi yung Sept 2007. Hindi ko kasi naintindihan ito nung una kasi, na-consider naman ng ACS yung first employment ko which is from Sept 2007. Yun pala, iba ang kanilang standards.
Waiting pa rin ako sa result, hopefully maging okay ang lahat.

**Mar-Apr - For 2 months, requested former employers for COE.

baka may mas nakakaalam po ng reason, paki share nalang din po kung ano ang basis ng IED.
our IED is before 08 July 2015
but our ...
medical valid: 6mos
SG COC valid: 6 mos
PH NBI valid: 12 mos
we have a period of 10 mos to prepare, yey!
ang sabi kasi dati dto sa forum is yung initial entry date will be based dun sa pinakamaikli na validity so we were expecting na baka mapressure kme sa pag enter to activate the visa at di masyado makaipon ng pang gastos since ung pinakashort na validity is 6mos. medyo may kaba po since we are a family of 3 and we'll definitely need time to prepare sa gastusin. pro when we rcvd the grant binigyan parin po kme ng 10 mos na time frame kahit na ang validity ng ibang docs namin is 6mos lang po.
hindi ko po alam yung reason behind pro thankful parin po sa panahon na binigay samin.
for the benefit din po ito ng iba who are wondering kung magkaron pa sila ng time makapaghanda financially, specially yung mga family po na medyo kailangan ng pondo to proceed with the initial entry.
baka may nagbanggit na po nito at di ko lang po nabasa, pro share ko nalang din po ulit:)
