you can ask her directly, medyo nagvavary kasi yung price nya.... ours was a year ago so di ko sure kung valid pa yun til date. baka kasi nakakahiya sa kanya imention yung fee nya ditto sa thread na to.

We inquired from Respall but a whooping AUD10k+ is needed for our processing together with their service fee. We are still collecting data from the registered agents (MARA) for the cheapest fee. Same here. For me it's a waste of money. Pero if ur case is difficult and you have spare cash to spend, why not.

try to check in your signed agreement with your chosen agency since at times conditions for issuing refunds are stipulated there...

has the agent assisted you in any way? kung hindi pa, i think you can demand for a refund.if for example naassist k nmn na nila and kung walang ngyayari because of the change in regulation or unavailability ng state, then i dont think you can blame the agent and definitely they will not refund the fees paid lalo kung stipulated sia sa agreement na "no refund". u can try a different approach, "ang makiusap na irefund ka.

hi to all...

I used an agent po, her name is angelica o'sullivan, a pinay. She is a MARA registered agent and ang laki ng tulong niya sa akin. She has been with me from the start and I owe her so much:
- gave me materials for IELTS
- gave feedback on my CDR(for engineers), told me the points in that category that I missed, and other very important stuff
- she is really not after the money, seemingly unbelievable for agents but true. I mean I was the one who kept reminding her that I need to pay her and to think talagang ang liit lang ng professional fee niya compared to the agencies here in the Philippines. I don't want to say the exact amount because I believe her rates went up na.
- she gave great advices even before I signed the contract
- you deal with the mara registered agent personally, not just there representatives as what is going on here in Ph and that is the main reason why she can give feedback immediately.
- helped me with the stat declaration (defacto relationship), I think she also gave her statement as a witness of our continuing relationship (me and my partner)
- others

I used an agent kasi sayang naman ang napakalaking application fee tapos mag fail lang. Just try to contact her, email communications are free din naman: [email protected]

which reminds me, may utang pa pala ako sa kanya... hehe

Agree ako dito. Super nice ni Ms. Gigi and sobrang reasonable ng service fee nya compared sa ibang agents.. Lodging stage palang ngaun ako but the previous support like EA assessment sobrang dami nyang naitulong.

This coming Friday 13th is the big day... Hoping na sana may invites na hehehe

Anyway, have you guys tried to re-arrange payments with your agent? Like if they initially tell you that payment would be on 4 installments, pero irequest natin to make it 6 installments?

@IslanderndCity Maigi ata contact mo sya reagrding fees. 4 installments un sa kanya. Parang 20% during assessment ng EA/ECS/ or others; 30% during ldging for EOI, 30% for Visa Lodgement; then 20% after Visa grant.
