  @cpa_oct2011 yung migration sa australia ay point based system. basta maka abot ka ng 60 points, you are qualified to apply. pero firstly, kailangan nasa SOL (skilled occupation list) ang job experience mo at magpa-assess ng occupation mo sa tamang assessing body.
  
  ang points naman ay based sa age, qualifications (school and degree), work experience, english ability (IELTS), etc.

  @retake sa Assessment ng ACS 7 years ang counted sa'yo? sino pala nagbawas ng 2 years? at inexplain ba bakit nagstart na lang sila sa work mo around 2009 bigla? kasi ako din sa assessment ko nung March 2014 ay 4 yrs 9 months ang considered na related, nung Nov 2014 ako nagsubmit EOI kasi that month lang lumabas result ng exam so nung nagfill-up ako EOI more than 5 years na total since same company pa naman ako until now. Sa tingin mo ba maqquestion din yung case ko? Thank you.

  thanks! sa Melbourne plan ko... sa Vic ako nagpa SS.
  Naku @chichan padating na grant mo haha... Kung ala naman problema sa docs at declaration I think sureball na. Sa akin dami pako worries kasi di ko sure kung ok na ba documents sinubmit ko para kay mother kasi di kami magkasama sa bahay for years na..nasa sg ako while sya nasa pinas.
  
  Nagpa request pa ako ng brgy clearance proof na dun kmi both nakatira but temporary nagreside ako sa sg for work, added support kung baga. Di ko na na submit kasi nagbigay na sila grant agad. So if sayo oks naman mga docs sure na iyan

  @ChidoRodgers - yung ACS ang nagbawas pre. Check mo tol yung statement na "The following employment after is considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled level and relevant to of the ANZSCO code".
  
  Yung sa akin kasi, Sept 2007 ako nag-start mag-work at considered rin yung experience ko from Sept 2007 to 2009. Pero kahit considered ito, eh hindi kasama yung first 2 years ko sa start date nila.
  
  Eto yung sa akin:
  
  "The following employment after September 2009 is considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled level and relevant to 261313 (Software Engineer) of the ANZSCO"
  
  Sabi ng DIBP officer na nakausap ko eh dapat raw, kung anong number of years na na-consider ng ACS, eh ayun lang dapat ang i-de declare sa EOI. So it means na kahit 7 years ang experience ko, pero less than 5 years lang assessment ng ACS, eh ang ico-consider ng DIBP ay yung decision ng ACS.

  @retake ahhh counted naman ng assessing body yung first company ko sa pinas at present company ko kaya lang nagpaassess kasi ako March tapos submit ako EOI November so iba yung bilang, sa assessment less than 5 years pa nung March pero nung lodging technically more than 5 years na, so hindi ko alam kung magiging issue, sa lodging nagclaim ako ng more than 5 years e, salamat pre!

  Ay isang kembot lng pala ikaw from here hehe natakot din si mother nung una kong sinabihan sinama ko sya as application kasi baka may interview portion at mag nosebleed nlng sya ... Angkulet din ng nanay mo so lagi sya may interpreter kada travel?! lol
  
  di nako nag frontload ng form 80 pero ni plan ko na sya iprepare by next week incase hingin.
  
  Nagbabasa din ako sa isang malaking forum...pansin ko mas accurate at reliable ang mga info dito kaya cguro application natin mas solid at kumpleto.. IMO lng

  @persephone30 kakatuwa naman. Hihi. Sa SG ka pala. Magkapitbahay lang tyo. Sa SG ka pala. Ako nasa KL. Nakakatuwa naman si mother mo. Hehe. Parang nanay ko rin. Di sanay umenglish english kaya ayaw nya magbyahe mag-isa. Baka daw di sya makasagot sa immigration officer. Hehehe.

  Feeling ko pag mga pinoy mabilis lang sila magbigay ng direct grants kasi complete mga requirements natin hehe.

  Ay isang kembot lng pala ikaw from here hehe natakot din si mother nung una kong sinabihan sinama ko sya as application kasi baka may interview portion at mag nosebleed nlng sya ... Angkulet din ng nanay mo so lagi sya may interpreter kada travel?! lol
  
  di nako nag frontload ng form 80 pero ni plan ko na sya iprepare by next week incase hingin.
  
  Nagbabasa din ako sa isang malaking forum...pansin ko mas accurate at reliable ang mga info dito kaya cguro application natin mas solid at kumpleto.. IMO lng
