"What if I have been working on a ship?
If you have spent a cumulative total of 12 months or more in the last 10 years working for the same employer on a merchant ship, cruise ship, private yacht or oil rig, you should request a police certificate from the relevant authority in the country under whose flag the ship sails, or country of ownership of the rig.
You will also need to provide a letter or statement of good conduct from the ship’s captain or company attesting to your character. The letter should include the vessel’s name, the job you had while on the ship or rig and the start and finish dates of employment."
ang problema is parang pasok ako sa ganyang case. eh ang nabanggit lng nmn ng migration agent namin is NBI clearance lng ang kailangan for my side and japan police clearance and nbi clearance para sa wife ko. so yun lang ang kinuha namin.
ngayon, our agent will ask the case officer daw kung required pa ba among maggather ng police clearance sa lahat ng country flag ng nasakyan kong barko specifically Panama and Singapore. i- clarify daw niya...
pero gusto kong malaman kung anong opinion nyo kasi in the first place, ni ndi nga kami nirequire ng DIAC ng japan clearance for my wife.. kasi nabasa ko sa bang forum na may mare-receive ka daw na letter from DIAC ng letter of request for police clearance. so since wala kaming nareceive na letter eh meaning po b n enough na yung NBI clearances naming mag-asawa? salamat ho..kasi ndi n ako mapakali now.

ask ko lng po about sa pag-apply ng eoi at visa 190/189.. ksi nag-apply ako for vic ss na 190.. nung nag-apply na ako ng eoi, 65 points yung total claimed points ko.. 3 yrs exp po yung sa akin sa nursing, pero 2 yrs lng po yung paid.. yng 1 yr na work, as volunteer lang.. ma coconsider po ba ako para sa 189? thanks...

I would recommend ‘Aura on Flinders’ Serviced apartment, doon ako nag-stay, 1BR with Full-sized kitchen, may laundry (washer and dryer) mismo doon sa loob ng bathroom… around 10mins walk to Federation Square and Southern Cross Station… mga USD400 binayaran ko for 4 nights stay.
