mga kabayan,

ask lang ako ng questions senyo. i work here in sharjah in oil and gas, i just did a assessment sa respall and base sa assessment nya i got 65 points. now i am interested to push to migrate in aus pero masyadong mahal ang talent fee. is it worth for hiring agent?

- may question ako na di nila masagot or ayaw nila tlga sagutin. may question is regarding sa mga certificate of employement ko wala kasi mga job description, i been working in the international company and different countries to cut the story short yong job description ba ay yong present work lang sa company or sa lahat ng mga coe mo? kong sa lahat edi mag email pa ko sa mga previous company ko just to ask a job description sa coe?

salamat sa mga sasagot i badly needed nag aalala kasi ako kong push ko yong sa respall tapos sa bandang huli ako di mamomoblema kong pano gagawin sa coe ko.

final may mga guide ba here sa forum kong pano mag apply ng walang agent? sensya wala tlga ako idea.. salamat.. tagal ko na nag hahanap ng forum ng papuntang aus..

@hoel07 Kung magka-claim ka ng points for a particular Work Experience vs. your Nominated Occupation, then yung COEs na ipprovide mo as evidence needs to have Job Description.

Irereview kasi ng Skills Assessing Authority (assuming Engineers Australia), and then ng DIBP mismo, kung yung work experience mo nga is indeed related sa Nominated Occupation (ANZSCO description) mo.. magiging dependent yun sa content nung JDs sa COEs mo..

so meaning need ko tlga manguha ng mga job description don sa mga previous company ko? or i mean gagawa ako tapos papapirmahan ko sa kanila? and may validity ba let say nang nguha ako ng job description don sa coe or it will be same date.. sorry worried lang ako kasi mukhang mahihirapan ako sa task na yon diff country kasi. hope this site will guide me sa tanong ko to clear my mind. thnks.

and yah nominated sa 190 database administrator going 5+ exp.

Hi @hoel07, kwento ko lang yung sakin. I had that same question and was worried din dati. but ginawa ko is gumawa na lang ako ng employment reference letter, ako na lang din gumawa ng company letterhead. sinunod ko lang lahat nung nasa example na binigay ng ACS. tapos pinapirmahan ko sa dati kong kasama sa trabaho. and then after pumunta ako sa attorney at nag pa certify true copy. i would recommend na yung attorney sa kung saang country yung work experience para mas less ang doubt ng mag verify sa ACS. siguro ang nangyari is supporting document na lang yung original COE from company dun sa employment reference na pirmado ng dati mong workmate.

@hoel07 hindi ako kumuha ng agent, "DIY" ko lang yung application ko..

Yes pwede kang gumawa ng draft ng sarili mong COE based sa requirements ng DIBP then ipa-review mo and approve sa HR or previous boss mo...

make sure to follow yung exactly yung requirements para hindi na rin masayang yung time mo sa pagrrequest sa previous company mo since offshore kana pala... nasa DIBP website yung details..

be written on the official letterhead of the company or government department providing the reference;

the letterhead should indicate clearly the full address of the company and any telephone, fax numbers, e-mail and website addresses;

the contact telephone number of the person writing the reference should be included in the letter;

the letter should indicate the exact period of employment (including whether permanent or temporary, full or part-time), position(s) held, the duties undertaken and the salary earned - positions should not be described by generic titles (eg. research officer, public servant) but according to the nature of the duties undertaken (eg. research chemist, accounts clerk); and
