    @peach17 direct grant na po. though we are still 5 months dito sa australia, wala naman problem sa documents. payslips at proof of income lang namin tapos normal docs (IDs, passport, birth cert) lang ng mom-in-law kasi hindi na siya working. walang properties or anything from her end. buti nga na-grant; she can stay a total of 18 months in total pero maximum of 12 months per entry.

    ahhh @cgm, hindi na pala talaga ccontackin ni CO... wait na lang ng Visa Grant notice.
    so, check ka lang everyday ng email ganun ba?
    or niccheck mo din status sa ImmiAccount?

    @peach17 hi sis.. Kaya nga ehh.. Ang tagal dn at mkabalik sa site na to.. Ung mother in law q ang inapply namin ng visa at c hubby na ang nagsponsor sa knya.. 1 yr ang nirequest q at my medical request agad.. This week mgpapamedical na sya. Praying na ma approve.

    06-01-11: Arrived Australia (457 visa dependent on my dad)
    28-05-12: Lodged RSMS 857 visa (seperate from my dad already)
    28-06-12: Done Medical check
    30-10-12: Submit AFP check
    07-11-12: Went home on a bridging visa B for holiday and wedding..:)
    12-01-13: CO allocated and nomination approved
    18-01-13: CO asked documents of my husband to be included on my application as migrating dependent..Thank u LORD!
    15-02-13: Husband completed all requirements (police check, medical, english requirements and joint statement)
    15-02-13: CO issued pre-grant letter instructing hubby to apply tourist visa to enter Australia in order our 857 visa to be granted.
    27-02-13: Hubby applied Subclass 676 tourist visa.
    06-03-13: Hubby's tourist visa approved.
    16-03-13: Hubby arrived Australia.
    18-03-13: Our RSMS 857 visa granted.. (nothing to ask more)

    1. Letter of invitation from you (dito mo na rin i-attach yung passport mo and visa grant letter and bank statement - scan them altogether as one file named as Letter of invitation)..

    Documents from the visitor
    1. Passport
    2. Marriage contract
    3. Bank statement (we dont know how much it should contain pero mother has around 200k pesos in that statement)
    4. Birth certificate
    5. Land title

    130 AUD ang visa fee.

    hello po,,my concern is im planning to request my mom as a tourist to care my baby kasi im 1 month pregnant now and im due on december kaya lang temporary resident palang ako dito,im married to australian kakagrant lang spouse visa ko and im currently working here in the packing shed as a packer,,hindi ko pa nga nainform ang manager kasi im afraid that ill lose the job bago lang kasi ako dito mga 1 month palang ako sa work...please shed the light on my issue,,thanks

    i always mention this ... never pa ako nakabalita na na deny na tourist visa for parents ... just file one with all the possible requirements you can get ..

    My mom's tourist visa have been granted today at exactly 1month from the date of application. 1.5years with 12months stay per entry.

    Patulong naman po,,,, meron ako pending application sa mom ko requested for 1 year tourist visa. However d sya makapasa pasa sa xray kasi malabo pero wla sya TB po. Paano po ang gagawin if i will request her for 1 month instead? Gusto ko lng po sya maipasayal dito sa australia, btw she is 73 yrs old. Pwede po ba i ammend yung application namin ng existing?     Hi all. Matagal na ba talaga maapprove ang Tourist Visa for parent? nagsubmit kasi kami online last May 15. until now Application Recieved pa din ang status. Halos everyday chine-check ko ganun pa din. Nag-worry na ako kung ano na nangyari dun sa application namin. Thanks :)

    hi @yoj.. mukhang need mona ifollow up.. halos sabay tayo nag lodge, may 18 naman, kami naman dito pinas thru courier. Nag follow up ako by email kaninang umaga, after lunch ayun nagfeedback na for medical na.. go! follow up mona :-)

    @yoj sa mom in law online din namin inapply, after 2 weeks approve na..ilang months ba ang inapply mo?? Pag 1 yr need nyang mag medical.. Sa amin kasi pgka apply q pinag medical kaagad namin c nanay kya mabilis lg ang processing nya.

    06-01-11: Arrived Australia (457 visa dependent on my dad)
    28-05-12: Lodged RSMS 857 visa (seperate from my dad already)
    28-06-12: Done Medical check
    30-10-12: Submit AFP check
    07-11-12: Went home on a bridging visa B for holiday and wedding..:)
    12-01-13: CO allocated and nomination approved
    18-01-13: CO asked documents of my husband to be included on my application as migrating dependent..Thank u LORD!
    15-02-13: Husband completed all requirements (police check, medical, english requirements and joint statement)
    15-02-13: CO issued pre-grant letter instructing hubby to apply tourist visa to enter Australia in order our 857 visa to be granted.
    27-02-13: Hubby applied Subclass 676 tourist visa.
    06-03-13: Hubby's tourist visa approved.
    16-03-13: Hubby arrived Australia.
    18-03-13: Our RSMS 857 visa granted.. (nothing to ask more)

    Ilang months ang ni apply mo sa knya? 3 months visit ba or 1 year?

    @peach17 sa july 9 na ang dating dito ni nanay sis.. Pag apply q ng tourist visa kinuhanan q na xa ng health insurance.. Sa australian unity ako kumuha, $102 per month.. Yan ang nakita kong pinakamura..

    06-01-11: Arrived Australia (457 visa dependent on my dad)
    28-05-12: Lodged RSMS 857 visa (seperate from my dad already)
    28-06-12: Done Medical check
    30-10-12: Submit AFP check

    Thanks sis @nfronda, ano mga requirements sis para makakuha ng Health Insurance?
    Saka anu ano mga benefits noon, pati ba sis Travel Insurance kinuhanan mo sya?

    @peach17 pag nag apply online wla silang hinihinging documents.. Ung stamp passport lg ang kailangan nla pag nkarating na ng OZ pra makita nla ang arrival date..

    I think health insurance is enough na.. Kumuha kmi nito ksi hindi namin ma sure ang kalagayan ng health ni nanay pag nandito na.. Mas mbuti nang my health insurance pra just incase mgkasakit or ma ospital libre lg..

    Yes sya lg mag isa ang magtravel, kaya nya dw.. Ayaw nyang sunduin pa namin sya magastos na dw sa pamasahe.
