Any engineers here na enrolled sa TAFE? How much usually ang fee and how can you avail gov't subsidy? Just want to explore this para makadagdag sa chance makahanap ng work in line sa field ko.

ang common comments ko lang na nadidinig if humihingi ako ng opinion sa mga experts (local and filos) na dito e "never go to tafe" lalo na daw kung meron ng degree. they usually say "go for masters". Ang manonotice mo lang minsan e halos same lang yung subjects ng masters at nung mga nasa tafe. hehe.

I think merong pros and cons ang TAFE diploma vs. master's degree. Siyempre mas mataas na qualification ang master's, so kung professional growth ang habol mo in the long run, mas okay ang master's. But then again, may mga diploma courses na 0.5 - 1 year mo lang kailangan i-take. So kung ang goal mo ay to penetrate the Australian job market quickly, diploma course is the way to go. Also, usually ang master's 2-3 years, depende kung full-time or part-time. So in terms naman ng fees, mas mura pa rin ang diploma.
Hay, ako personally undecided pa ako kung magte-take ako ng diploma course sa Tafe or magtetake nalang ng master's sa university (dahil may online mode rin naman ang mga universities). Pero dahil nasa Education field ang target job ko, mukhang mas okay ang master's. Di ko lang alam kung kaya ko ba isupport ang sarili ko na working and studying dahil ako lang naman mag-isa sa Australia if ever.
