457 applying for ABN... is this possible?

  Nais ko lang po malaman kung may nagtry na po kumuha ng ABN habang naka 457... actually hindi naman po conflict of interest ung gagawin kong biz...
  
  Hingi lang po ako ng payo with regards to this....

  457 you are working for a sponsor employer ONLY having ABN you have an intention to do other jobs independently or privately which is a violation of your immigration visa read the label on your visa and read carefully what is visa 457 this will give you a clear answer. once you work and received money paid by other company or any person in relation to a work you done for them (not your sponsoring employer) end of the line you will be deported due to immigration violation or even anyone who reported you that you are doing other paid work to other people or company. GOOD LUCK if you are doing this.
