@bait0211 Electronics engr po ako. kaso lahat ng pagtanungan ko hnd parehas ng field. nasa CCTV field ako in a government institution although my current position (title) is not engineer but technician, the job description pasok po sa engineer qualification ng EA. thanks in advance!

eto sana nga mainvite na next round (wala pa ring date when sila maginvite e). checking pa kami sis where? pero malamang sa Perth muna kasi di ba mauuna si hubby e mas marami syang kakilala don na pwede magrefer sa kanya sa work. gusto ko sana sa Melbourne e. we'll decide when we're at the finish line. one step at a time muna. hope to see you at the land down under. hindi tayo natuloy the last time na umuwi kami e. hehehe. @venjo_07 if confident ka na engineer ang qualification mo apply ka lang as professional engineer, if not successful they wil provide your occupation maaring engineering technologist or draftperson. kaya lang pag sinabi nila na technician baka kailangan ipa asess mo ulit sa TRA.

kung kailangan mo ng 15pts sa education/skill, apply for Professional engr. medyo sugal lang baka mag doble ang gastos kung sabihin nila technician ka.

Is there a way na mabago mo ung job title mo? If not, my suggestion is to get yourself assessed with IEA as professional Engineer then pay additional A$255 for relevant skilled employment since fit nmn ung tasks mo.

Advise naman po.
Naguguluhan kac aq if mag hihire pa ba aq ng agent or hndi na. 50-50 kac ang naglalaro s utak ko. Pag nag agent kac aq feeling mas mbilis ang process yun nga lng costly kaso pag ualang agent bka mas matagaln at mahirapan aq pero mas malaki masasave.

@mvmmanangan: Hi there! weigh your consequences. If you have enough time to backread on the different topics on this forum then I might say you don't have to para makasave ka pa. I think all your questions might have an available answer from previous threads and in parallel our friends here can answer base on experiences. But if you don't have the time and you have enough resources then you can choose to have your own agent. Having an agent doesn't guarantee na mapapabilis ang process kasi all our applications will go through the same process and timeline. Mapapabilis lang for you in the sense na masasabihan at maadvisan ka nya ng mga requirements na need mo iaccomplish then you don't have to go back reading all of the topics here. Kudos!

PRC license lang isinubmit ko sa EA, okay naman.
May nakalagay sa PRC certificate na not valid without doc stamp so kailangan mo lagyan ng doc stamp if you will use the PRC certificate.

doesnt mean na nag agent ka e mas mabilis. mnsan mas nahahasle pa. imagine an agent handles not only your applcation. so if you have the time to do research, better apply on your own. unless your case is a bit difficult or unique, dun ka na lng mag consider ng agent.

industrial engineer po ako, graduated 2008 (but with ICT exp, 7yrs). So no experience for ako as an IE, but i would like to apply for qualification assessment through EA. Is this possible - just to use my thesis and projects while in college for CDR? and also, is it okay to request for a copy of CDR? medyo nahirapan kasi ako magsearch online. Thank you very much!

Lumabas na assessment ng Engineers Australia ko. Yung lumabas sa date hanggang July 2014 lang experience ko? Pwede pa ba mabago un kasi dun pa din naman ako nag work hanggang ngayon? Gaano katagal bago mabago un? Thanks sa mga sasagot

Ask ko lang po if need pa po ba magbigay ng JD sa lahat ng work na inilagay sa CDR?
kahit po same company/department lang pero iba lang ng product n hawak?

Need advise sa pggawa ng cdr, hirap kc sa line of work ko hndi gnun ka-busy.. Hndi ko alam kung ano mga pwede ilagay..

thanks @Electrical_Engr_CDR oks lang kahit engineering technologist or draftperson. basta po wala ng exam kasi i heard mejo hassle po ung assessment sa TRA. sa work ko po sa government "electronic communication technician' pero usually i handle projects like installation/maintenance aside from being a technician. thanks sa info, i'll try to check that scenario.

@Xiaomau82 thanks!! so ibig sabihin po ba? may additional fee lang po ung ipapaassess ko? oks lang po.. basta wala na pong practical exam or technical interview. parang nakaka kaba po kasi ehehhe. thanks. i'll check that option. meron po ba kayong CDR for electronics engineer?

Mga masters need ko po ng advise nyo kung qualified po ako for subclass 189

Age: 33
Education: BS ECE, Technological Institute of the Phils.,2005
Profession: Outside Plant Engineer (Telecom) since 2007, been in Vietnam for project assignment (2 years), Sri Lanka as project consultant (2 months)

But I don't have a PRC license yet.

Have a relative in Perth (Auntie), AU citizen.

Kindly assess before I take IELTS.
