  Reply to @Cheers25: di ako streamline. they asked me why yun ang course na kinuna ko, what do i plan to do after the course, if i have relatives there. yun lang. the interview took about 5-7 mins.

  June 15, 2012 - notified by agency that we have to do the medical
  June 18, 2012 - Medical Exam at Nationwide
  July 3, 2012 - Nationwide submitted the results online. Why it took so long? They gave me plenty of BS reasons.
  July 10, 2012 - Phone interview.
  July 15, 2012 -Asked by Immigration to pay tuition and OSHC.
  July 18, 2012 - Paid tuition and OSCHC.
  July 30, 2012 - Visa Granted
  Aug 1, 2012 - Notified by my agency that Visa granted
  Aug 13, 2012 - Received documents
  Aug 17, 2012 - Flying to Darwin.

  Reply to @si0ps: From nationwide ang hinihintay nyan. Usually mga 2 weeks daw bago nila matanggap according sa IDP. Pero I don't think that's the case lagi kasi nung akin naman sa St. Lukes, after 2 days natanggap na daw nila. Darating na din nyan! Keri pa yan. Godbless!

  @Jenny_sg : ask ko lang po kung sa Singapore ka nag lodge ng application or sa Manila. Singapore din kasi ako based pero plan ko isama family ko sa application ang they're in Manila. So medyo naguguluhan ako kung saan dapat mag lodge ng visa application. Thanks..

  @knight, nag-uumpisa pa lang ako pero nakapag ielts nako dito sa british council din nag search ako ng university na pwede un course na hanap ko. Wala ako agency, sarili sikap lang.basa basa lang ako dito. Wait ko pa un assessment ng advance standing ko, pag nakuha ko na result tsaka ako proceed to accept the offer and pay the tuition. 1 sem + un health issurance ba yun and babayaran ko tapos prepare ko na rin un 18, 600+ yata na funds + DP ko si hubby para anytime pwede nya ako mavisit don while studying. Pag diko alam, nagtatanong lang ako sa school kung pano at ano next move ko, pwede ka naman magtanong sa kanila tapos guide ka nila. Sa Feb pa start ng pasukan ko. Sorry no idea ako kung un family mo eh nasa Pilipinas. Kami lang kasi dalwa ni hubby, wala pa kami anak eh kaya take ko opportunity to study again and hopely makawork din don...

  Thanks @Jennysg! Feb intake din plan ko. Buti ka pa nga naumpisahan mo na ako kahit ielts wala pa. Nagconsult na ako sa IDP sa pinas pero may mga interview din with representatives from some Australian Universities sa IDP Singapore so try ko ring puntahan. Btw, nagreview ka ba for the ielts? Naghahanap din kasi ako ng review center dito sa Singapore. Thanks...

  @knight self study lang ako. Actually, ang main plan namin ni hubby is to apply for PR sa WA with migrant agent na nakabase sa SG, plan B n lang itong student visa pero intention ko talaga if ever mapunta don via PR is to go back in schooling para makapag board exam kaso palpak si hubby lagi sa ielts nya eh magtake 3 uli sya pero sabi ni agent wait daw muna kami kasi dahil sa new changes sa migration churva.Sabi ko kay hubby itutuloy ko un study plan since may maganda din naman sya kakahinatnan at Dp ko sya at the same time tuloy nya parin yun application nya kasi pwede naman. DP ko sya para mavisit nya ako don habang waiting sya sa application nya with the agent.Tsaka dapat tuloy parin nya work nya rito kasi sayang din kung pati sya eh makikipagsapalaran din katulad ko at kailangan ko rin yun financial support nya while studying hehehe......Sana blesses tayo ni lord na mag work out lahat ng dreams natin..

Sana nga matupad yung mga plans natin at di rin tau mahirapan maghanap ng work dun. Sa Murdoch ba hiningan ka pa ng evidence of funds o pinapirma ka lang nila ng declaration?

  @knight, non email nila ako sa Offer of Letter nakasaad don na kung accept ko un offer nila kailangan ko bayaran yun 50% ng annual tuition ko plus yun SOHC ba un na health inssurance yata, un lang at notice ko rin na di ako ni required n mag english course. Non nag-aapply kasi ako sa murdoch online application, inattach ko lahat ng ni required nila supporting document katulad ng Transcript, Diploma, licensed, marriage certificate, ielts, resume ko ielts at iba pang certification galing school ko at PRC na sa tingin ko eh kailangan to verify my credential. Then after a week pidalhan n nila ako ng offer letter. Medyo nahuli lang un advance standing ko kasi kailangan ko pa magrequest sa school ko ng syllabus para sa assessment nila. This week ko lang napadala yun syllabus kaya wait pako reply nila then pad nag- email na sila tsaka na ko accept ng offer nila. Tapos pala nasa contract nila na di ako pwede magpalit ng school, un lang un condition nila. Bakit meron bang instances na nanghihingi sila ng funds evidence or declaration? Ang pagkakaalam ko kasi sa DIAC na yun na magsusubmit ka ng bank statement na atleast 18,000 + ba yun plus additional kung may DP ka. Un lang ang alam ko at sana tama kasi kung lalagpas don eh di na namin kaya

  @knight baka mktulong sau....lahat kmi andito s SG,ako,hubby and our son.Agency nmin nasa pinas kc auntie nmin..ist planA migrant apply for PR,npunta kmi ng student visa..take hubby ko english test(pinas) require s kanya 6.5. ng-Enroll s school,then pay for downpayment and health insurance s school.ok ndin CoE.Masteral kinuha kc graduate nman ang hubby ko ng degree.
  Apply n kami student visa s australian embassy ng Phils, lhat ng reqts pasa (dami din with sponsor-funds evidence with bank certificate ng relative nmin).
  dito nlng kmi s SG mgppamedical at dito intay visa.
  wala nman kaso kung nasan k,un s medical naman diretso ng embassy un.
  hopefully maging ok ang result...august30 orientation ng asawa ko.mauna sya then sunod nlng kami.

  Thanks @Jenny_sg.. Pasensya na daming tanong. Gusto ko lang kasing makasigurado kasi 3 kids ko. Kung kelangan ng evidence of funds, medyo mabigat na yun. Pagka explain kasi ng IDP sakin if ma sters ang kinuha mo (subclass 573), kasali ka sa strealined visa processing. No need for evidence of funds, declaration lang na may access ka ng funds needed for your stay in Australia.

  @knigh, un intindi ko pero si DIAC yata eh gusto ng magsubmit ng proff of funds like bank statement. Correct mo ko baka mali din ako. Kung based sa sinbi sayo ng IDP na declaration lang eh di mas ok.

  @Jenny_sg kinaklaro ko nga yun dun sa taga IDP about evidence of funds. Declaration na nga lang daw ang isubmit sa DIAC if naka streamlined ka. Hoping talaga ako na totoo to para d masyadong masakit sa ulo ang proof of funds. Pero magqualify ka lang daw under streamlined visa processing (SVP) if yung school mo is included dun sa 41 universities na nagparticipate sa SVP at yung course mo is masters or bachelor or yung packaged na tinatawag.

  @knight, try mo un Murdoch university, mukhang nasa streamlined yata sya kaya automatic assessment level 1 ka kya declaration lang ang kailangan. Ako nag Edith cowan uni din nagsubit pero nagreply sila after a week or more na di nila ooffer un course na gusto kaya napunta ako ng murdoch uni at luckily inoffer nila un course ko even next year pa un gusto ko.Pwede malaman kung ano course balak mo kunin?

  Hi guys, ask ko lang opinion nyo kung aabot ba ako sa july 16 intake. I already enrolled and lodged the visa application, also had my medicals but just received an email yesterday for additional requirements from my doctor. Nabasa ko kasi sa email nila na i-refer pa daw sa Australia ang new docs so it may take a while. So how long is a while? Any info can help, sa Charles Darwin University ako ang enroll for masters and ALX or exempt naman ang school and course for the visa application process meaning mas mabilis di ba? Sabi ng uni at most a week after the start pwede pa, aabot pa kaya? Thanks sa info in advance.

  @Jenny_sg sa july 19 may appointment na ako sa idp with representative from murdoch. Pero first choice ko tlaga ang edith cowan kasi mas cheaper sya. Masters in accounting kunin ko. Tuloy na tuloy na ba yang enrollment mo? Pag mag murdoch ako schoolmate pa tau.

  Reply to @mackie21: sa darwin ka rin pala... pareho tayo. pero hindi ako cdu. why did you chose darwin? may relatives ka ba doon? contact the school and explain you're case. in my situation, my school told me na they can give me an extension until august 13 dahil they understand na sometimes may delays.

  @knight I'm not quite sure on this. But yeah,if you're eligible for streamlined visa processing, you dont need the evidence of funds. You are on assessment level 1 eh.

  @Cheers25 wala pa ko balita. Havent heard anything from the embassy and hindi ko padin tinawagan yun St. Luke's to follow up. Heheh Sabi nila kasi after 7days pag hindi sila tumawag ibigsabihin nasend na daw yun. Eh ayoko na mangulit, ako nasstress eh.

  How about you first choice mo din darwin? I sent a number of emails na to the univ no reply yet, but on their website I read na you can still come a week after the commencement at most buti ka pa Aug 13, so kailan talaga start ng class mo?
  Also sabi ng cousin ko it's a trend na that most international students come in late kahit hindi pinoy so medyo positive pa rin ako since where not the only people coming in late. For now pray lang na umabot kasi matagal pa ang start ng next sem Feb 2013 :-( :-( :-( :-( :-(
  Any idea time frame pag i-refer pa sa HOC sa Australia ang visa application?

  Ung mga late na for first day of commencement (tulad ko) or malapit na orientation ano balita?
  
  Update:
  
  Will submit med cert tomorrow, sabi ng Nationwide forward nila kagad sa embassy and from what I heard and saw here sa timeline ng iba sa forum it may take 2 days or 2 weeks to get a visa grant after, given that medical eligibility is ok na, so fingers crossed.
  
  Also need to submit pala letter from university that approved ang late arrival FYI, will work on that trough IDP. The university gave me until friday, July 20, to fly in and get my units and subjects.
  
  So pray lang for the best! All in God's time!

  Waiting pako ng result ng advance standingko, non last monday ko palang email sa kanila kasi tagal bago dumating un syllabus ko eh. Di nama ako in a hurry kasi next year pa ko ng feb papasok. Murdoch university ako wait ko lang result non din bayad narin ako ng tuition para may slot nako.Ask ko lang kung pano gumawa ng Stat dec about finacial support,si hubby ko kasi ang magpapaaral sakin baka may sample kayo ng letter pingi naman.Diba un murdoch uni eh kasama sa strealined visa program? then meaning assessment 1 nako diba,pingi naman ng saple letter for stat dec pls........if ever di kasama sa SVP un murdoch uni assessment level 2 ako right? then how much needed to provide for financial capacity?
