Hi mga kabayan, we will be leaving SA in few days and will go to perth. May bahay kami na nirerentahan in parafield gardens and I was wondering kung meron gustong mag-rent na pinoy. I can make a recommendation sa agency kung may interesado. Maganda yung location ng bahay at walking distance lang sa railway and bus station, school, foodland, pharmacy at asian grocery. Around 20 mins going to cbd via train. The rent is 275/wk, mura na to for a 3-bedroom house with garage. I just want to help kasi alam naman natin kung gaano kahirap kumuha ng bahay dito sa SA. Hello sa lahat. Hihingi lang po ako ng tip kung saan yung magagandang suburb sa SA. Close to city (10-15kms away), meron either of the following beach/lake/hills scenery sana for a complete change in ambiance dahil kami ay urban dwellers for the longest time. Meron mga shops, cafe, primary schools, parks, public transportation din at syempre safe neighborhood. Thank you.

mostly safe naman mga surburbs dito.
wag lang daw sa super northern suburbs...

Hello everyone, I just got granted visa 190 to South Australia. Plan ko punta ng AU by January 2016, then sunod na lang mag-ina ko after about a year. I'll be needing everyone's help/advice and assistance regarding job hunting and accommodations soon, so please bear with me. I'm still doing my research about re-writing resumes, job hunting etc, and will post more specific questions in the future. Thanks in advance.

By the way, I'm a musician, music teacher for 8 years in Singapore.

@IslanderndCity , opo meron na, namove ng konti yung start date sa Nov 23 which is good as we can stop over at Sydney for a few days before going there. We're still looking for a place to stay but there are options naman na.

@IslanderndCity and @kabre , initially, our plan was, I would go to sydney January next year and look for any job then after a few months my wife and kid will follow. Pero after I received the grant, I was actively looking for work in Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide plus keeping in touch with my friends and relatives and even strangers who are already there, using linkedin, seek, gumtree, facebook. Sabi ko kung sino ang sasagot una doon ako. Asking them if there are any openings at all at their workplace at isa sa mga kaibigan ko ang nagsabi na meron nga. I asked my friend the contact of the person I need to talk to for the job and there and then he interviewed me. I sent my resume and I called him up again and he offered me the job. And during all of these, I was just giving it up to the Lord, if it is for me, it will be done. So in summary do every means possible, take risks, ask your connections, be persistent and call whatever number given and let God do the rest.
