On that aspect, state sponsorship is still a little complex pero dahil mataas ang priority nila sa skillselect, sulit siya pag-tiyagaan

nakalagay sa requirements nila pag babasahin mo: " qualifications shoul be on the "relevant" skilled occupation list..
- notice na "relevant" po ang ginamit na term.. that means kung ano ang nararapat
then pag punta mo sa SOL/CSOL, nakalagay po dun ang paliwanag kung ano ang "relevant" list
- Here is the statement from DIAC SOL and CSOL:
If you apply for a General Skilled Migration visa on or after 1 July 2012 and you are NOT nominated by a state or territory government, you MUST nominate an occupation from Schedule 1 of the SOL.
If you apply for a General Skilled Migration visa on or after 1 July 2012 and you are nominated by a State or Territory Government, a direct entry stream Employer Nomination Scheme visa, a Subclass 457 (Business (Long Stay)) visa or a Subclass 442 (Occupational Trainee) visa you must nominate an occupation from either Schedule 1- Skilled Occupation List or Schedule 2 - Consolidated Sponsored Occupation List

you can apply either of the two visa sub classes:
a) Visa 190 - state nomination is 5 points, this is Permanent Residence Visa..
b) Visa 498 - state nomination is 10 points , but this visa is Provisional Visa (4yrs)..

I would like to ask if needed ba both ang skilled assessment and recognition letter sa ACS if gusto mo maka earned points sa education and skills mo? What if skilled assessment lng? I am trying to apply as ICT Business Analyst - 261111.

sa ACS skills assessment...nakalagay na din dun sa result letter kung ano ang assessed equivalent ng education/degree nyo. so just apply for skills assessment.

Hello! :-) depende un sa course mo and sa naging nature of job mo. For example, economics ang course mo nung college tapos business analyst ka naman sa work. Bale medyo malayo ung profession mo sa degree mo. Pag ganon, you would need an RPL. :-)

Kung wala sa listahan yung trabaho niyo, tingnan niyo yung Schedule 2, mas malawak sakop niya pero mas limitado ang puwede mong kuning visa (Employer, Temporary, State Sponsored)

IT services Consultant 2 (desktop support, tier2) ---> 3 years
Desktop support (tier1)---> 1.5 yrs
Technical Support --->8 months

College computer instructor (2 different schools) --->2 years
Pasok po ba ako sa systems analyst?
If hindi, anong job kaya pasok yung job experiences ko.
If pasok ako as systems analyst, makacount po kaya ung experiences ko as computer instructor?

If you became a permanent resident on or after 1 July 2007 the residence requirement is:
1. You must have been living in Australia on a valid Australian visa for 4 years immediately before applying, including 1 year as a permanent resident, and
2. You must not have been absent from Australia for more than 1 year during the 4 year period, including no more than 90 days in the year immediately before applying.
