@Megger Bat di ka na lang po gumawa ng panibagong employment statement (eto po talaga kasi yung kailangan instead na COE, parang secondary evidence lang kasi ang COE), stating lahat nung nasa list na binigay ni sir @adamantium? That way, mai-incorporate mo yung lahat nung kailangang content na nasa list. Very essential kasi yung mga yun kasi yung list na binigay ni adamantium, yun mismo yung nasa TRA assessment guide. SO yun talaga yung hahanapin nila sa employment statement mo. Tapos papirmahan mo na lang sa HR nung dati mong company or if hindi pwede, kahit sa supervisor or kahit sinong colleague mo dun sa company na may mas mataas na position kesa sayo. Tama yung sinabi ni sir @paulcasablanca1980 , kailangan mo gumawa ng statutory declaration if walang letterhead yung ES mo.

@vhenzchico, yung SSS ko ay screenshot from their website then printout ng hardcopy for notarisation, if pupunta ka sa sss branch then request ng summary not sure kung pipirmahan ng officer, bale yung account ng officer ang gagamitin nya pang access ng information mo, up to you kung papipirmahan mo or pirmahan nya..

Tama mas lenient scoring ng PTE, practice at focus din sa review para ma hit 20pts, ako sumablay sa speaking nabulol ako, sayang naka 10pts sana.. highly recommended ang PTE bro..

Ano nga pala gamit mo reviewer sa PTE?

@vhenzchico, kainip mag intay hehe, sa Nov15 ETA ng result sana tagumpay (y) , Macmillan gamit kong reviewer, next month din shed ko ng retake, nasa PTE thread yung link ng mga reviewers, good luck sating lahat!

@paulcasablanca1980 thanks po sa tip. Di na ba kailangan signature ng supervisor o hr sa statutory declaration? May mga old COE ako dito eh na di ko na pina assess kasi yong company close na, nakuha ko to immediately after resignation dun. Pero nasa list ng SSS remitance ko. Ang HR na nakapirma sa COE ay di ko narin alam kung nasaan. Pwed ko din kaya to gawan ng statutory declaration? Primary evidence ba yong sa SSS? Signed ng rep yong docs ko eh, at sabi nya madami din daw nagrequest sa kanya nun for migration. Lang charge yon.God bless your application nga pala. @Megger No. Parang declaration mo yun na nagsasabi ng reason why you can't produce the primary evidence na hinihingi... at need mo magprovide ng other proof to support your claim. Ang alam ko, notarized din dapat. See below.

1.14.2 Statutory declarations
A statutory declaration is a written statement that allows a person to declare
something to be true.

In circumstances where an applicant cannot obtain all the evidence required to
support their TRA MSA application for reasons outside their control, a statutory
declaration may be provided detailing the missing evidence. It is not advisable for
applicants to submit a statutory declaration in place of several pieces of required
evidence, as the application is unlikely to be successful.

All statutory declarations must:

 be accompanied by additional third-party evidence that can be
independently verified by TRA, and

 include the reason why the statutory declaration is being provided instead of
certified copies of original documents.

Please note that TRA does not view information submitted in a statutory declaration
in the same way as it views verifiable third party evidence. This is why statutory
declarations must be supported by other independent evidence. For example, if an
applicant cannot obtain an employment statement from their employer (refer section
2.8.6), the applicant may choose to submit a statutory declaration detailing the
information that would otherwise be in the employment statement and why the
employment statement could not be obtained. If the applicant chose to do this, the
applicant would also need to submit further evidence of the claims made in the
statutory declaration, such as an official job description, a contract of employment
and an official description of the business. The assessor will determine whether,
taken together, this information is sufficient evidence to support claims without an
employer statement.
Please also note that statutory declarations will not be accepted in place of a
qualification or award certificate (refer section 2.6.1). A statutory declaration will also
not be accepted in place of an academic transcript (refer section 2.6.1), without
further supporting evidence to demonstrate that the applicant undertook the units
relevant to the appropriate Australian qualification in the applicant’s nominated
occupation.

If you are supplying a statutory declaration from outside Australia, statutory
declarations must be signed and stamped by a person with authority to do so as
recognised by the law of the country where the declaration is being made. In all
instances, the statutory declaration must have the declarant’s signature witnessed by
a legal authority in the country where the declaration was made.

Yung SSS payment, pasok ata yun sa annual payment summaries, kaya primary evidence sya.

Ano kaya mga typical reasons na acceptable para sa state declaration? Yong closed, for sure valid yon. Yong nasa abroad ka and lost contact with previous collegue? Ok kaya yon? Need advice..

@vhenzchico and @Megger , below is the guideline on meeting the employment requirement, it states that you should at least have 3 years, including 12 months in the last 3 years.

2.8 Meeting the eligibility requirements: employment
Employment will be recognised as meeting the TRA Migration Skills Assessment
requirements if it is:
 paid, full-time (or equivalent) employment
 relevant to the nominated occupation
 performed at the required skill level for Australian industry standards
 for at least three years, including 12 months in the last three years.

When I got a positive outcome here are the documents that I sent to them, take note that I only needed to send 3 years with 12 months recent experience but I actually sent 9 years of work experience since I started working.

Company A (Philippines) - 2004-2007 - SSS contributions, 2007 ITR, detailed employment statement, certificate of employment.
Company B (Singapore) - 2007-2009 - detailed employment statement, 2008 Income Remuneration, June 07 and 08 payslips, Income Tax 2008, certificate of employment.
Company C (Singapore) - 2009-2014 detailed employment statement, 2009-2014 Income Remuneration and Income tax 2009-2014, June 09-13 payslips, 12 months of payslips from Aug 13 up to June 14, certificate of employment.

I think I went overboard on the evidence but it's a good thing kasi nagamit ko siya sa pag apply mismo ng visa when I claimed for work experience at mas maganda na ang sobra kaysa kulang.

@adamantium, @lock_code2004 Sir, all along Im thinking I have to submit documents maximizing the number of years I can take for the points. I thought TRA will decide how many years will be credited.
Sir if I will submit a state declaration for my employment statement, will it be valid to say that I am working abroad and I dont have contact with my previous collegues? Though malinaw yong request ko sa HR kasi, kulang parin yong naibigay na docs, summary of tasks lang nakalagay.I have a latest COE, standard format with tasks. TIA.

@Megger Meron din atang service ang TRA na nag-aassess if ilang years ang credited sayo or ilang points ang pede mo i-claim sa qualifications and employment mo, pero that's another assessment, and you have to pay for it separately . Tama po ba sir @adamantium? Nabasa ko lang din dito.

Question po mga sir, if for example, yung nominated job ko is yung diploma course ko ang related qualification, then may mas higher na qualification ako (eng'g graduate), ia-assess din ba ng TRA ang Eng'g degree ko? o yung diploma course ko lang na related sa nominated work ko ang i-aasssess nila? I am asking po kasi if ever po ba, can I claim points for the Eng'g degree? or need ko ipa-assess sa EA yung Eng'g ko for me to claim points?

@vhenzchico, as per my understanding, tech-voc diploma / certificates lang ang ia-assess ng TRA, degree are either VETASSESS or EA, i assume kahit magsubmit ka ng degree on top of your tech-voc diploma, ia-assess nila yun as either CertIII or CertIV.. Separate assessment pa yata kung educational qualification lang para ma claim yung AQF Level 7 w/c is Bachelors Degree [15pts]

@megger, nope, since all my ES from my previous/current company i had able to get them in letter heads, i just asked my seniors who are still connected sa company to sign it. Stat declaration by default should have stamps ( notarised ) by a lawyer..

back read ka bro, meron dito and sa ibang thread regarding sa insufficient details ng COE, supporting docs, etc.

Anyways, meron po ba kayong alam na updated list ng schools at corresponding section? di na kasi ata updated yung nakapost dito e..

@Megger Yung migration skills application form ang isa-submit. Yung point advice, para yun sa tinatanong mo, yung i-inform ka nila kung how many points pede mo i-claim based sa docs na isa-submit mo.
17 pages ba? Parang 15pages lang po ata.. Pa-double check na rin..

@paulcasablanca1980, Bro ipaalam mo sa amin ang parating na magandang balita ha.

Ask ko po, kasi yong sa latest employer ko 3sets of docs yong isubmit ko, 1. Standard COE 2. JD signed by boss with letterhead, tasks n accountabilities, tools used, type of employment, qualification skilled required, job title at my contact details ng signatory.3. Payslip, bank statement. Total years: 5 years and 10 months.

Tapos yong other 2 employers, 2 sets each having 1. COE with Tasks and accountabilities, salary, date of employment, position ko sa company, signed by HR. 2. SSS contribution, annual summary and monthly contribution. Total years: 3 years and 6 months.

Wala pong tools used yong 2nd set. Well this be fine? If not please advise how to make this better po. Thanks po.@adamantium, @lock_code2004

regarding sa tools, you can mention naman yung basic tools, like multimeter,pliers, screw drivers, equipment manuals etc, kahit yung simpleng laman lang ng maliit na toolbox, i believe kahit hinde hands-on yung experience, you still have tools incase need gamitin..

Migration Skills Assessment Application Form" yong wordfile pag dinownload nag iiba ang font advance version daw ang file, resulta naging 17pages at di kita ang lower part. Yong PDF malinaw lahat, 15 pages.

@Megger, yung tools at instruments used eh inindicate ko yun sa Employment Statement, hindi sya kasama sa COE. ganito kasi yun, yung COE ko eh generic lang mga info.. Employment statement dun nakalagay start-end date ng employment, detailed job description,tools and instruments used at character reference/manager-supervisor..

@paulcasablanca19 yong COE ko kasi sa Pinas may Salary na, at job description. Kung gagawa ako ng jd, it will be difficult to have a signatoree cause Im out of d country. Maybe i can make a statutory declaration just for tools without supervisor signature. What do you think Sir?

@Megger Baka po kasi di i-honor ng TRA kung COE lang and separate JD ang gagawin nyo. Kasi yung COE, parang secondary evidence lang sya...pero yung Employment statement with required content as stated sa guide, eh yun talaga ang isa sa requirements nila.

2.5.3 Supporting documents
You are required to provide the following documents with your application for a valid
TRA Migration Skills Assessment:
 a completed application form which is signed and dated
 a certified copy of the biographical identity page of your valid passport. If your
passport does not contain a photograph, you must also send a certified
passport photograph of yourself
 certified copies of:
- your qualification and/or apprenticeship documents such as final
certificates or diplomas relevant to your nominated occupation
- a full academic transcript of results, including the start and end date of
your qualification/award (resulting from either training and/or assessment)
- evidence of the nature and content of the qualification/award including
subjects achieved. The evidence should describe the content of each
subject and any machines, tools and equipment used
 contact details for the organisation issuing the qualification
 certified employment statements that can be independently validated (
employment statements must include all the requirements in Section 2.8)
 evidence of payment of the application fee.

But then again, based on my understanding lang naman to...
Pero if I were u, I wont take the risk na COE lang and separate declaration for the tools ang i-submit ... sayang, baka mareject lang nila. Might as well, gumawa ka na lang ng statutory declaration then i-attach mo as supporting doc yung COE, pero I dont know kung pede mag-stat declaration kung walang pipirma...kasi ang alam ko lang pag alang letterhead e.
