@warquezho natural ko na mejo may kabagalan magsalita, mejo mahina voice. so effort maglakas ng boses, ginawa ko naman nun exam. terrible result.

Hindi pala ako fluent nung 2nd take, 64 lang fluency ko, pronunciation 81 hehehe. Swerte ko kasi sa exam center ko nung 2nd take eh dun ako sa medyo isolated room, tapos malakas pa rin yung katabi ko sa labas, pero di lang ako nag pa distract, tapatan ng lakas hahaha.

Ala ka bang utal sa read aloud? Tingin ko malaking points dun kasi daming items hehe

@warquezho parang one word lang un nagka correction ako mejo napabilis un pagbasa ko e.

pronounciation lowest ko, next un fluency.

try ko nga un dragon natural speaking app baka may matutunan ako jan.

Writing
I attended 1 session review before sa IELTS.. sabi ng instructor..In order to get a 7 in writing, you must know collocating words.Those words that go together. The same applies in PTE.
Example:
Carbon footprint
Environment friendly
Advance technology

Speaking
I think you will sound natural if you are smiling while talking.. especially sa read aloud. The rest are all practice..

guys i need help...pano nyo sinetup ung headset para sa testing audio...kasi either too loud or too quiet lumalabas sa akin...ok lang ba kahit too loud?kaso may red mark na nakalagay......sa magtatanung kung san to...eto ung test your computer dun sa website ng ptepractice.com...sana may makatulong...

@elord sa component na lowest ang score ko pa talaga ikaw humingi ng tips, hehe. sa tingin ko kaya mababa ang speaking ko dahil sa hindi naging ganun kaayos sagot ko sa describe image. may pattern lang ako ng sasabihin based sa image pero walang definite na script na nakaready. may mga items din na natatapos ang oras na nasa kalagitnaan ako ng sinasabi ko. sa re-tell lecture naman ay nakinig ako ng mabuti at nagsulat ng keywords para may masabi ako na related talaga sa narinig ko. noong nag-exam ako ay may on-going renovation works sa katabing unit ng test center kaya ginawan nila ng report yun para daw kung sakaling magcomplain or magparescore kami dahil sa ingay na yun ay may record ang pearson.

@kate27 ok lang yan kate wag ka mawawalan pag asa. halos ganyan din una ko score sa speaking eh. kaya nung sumunod na take ko na, nagsmile na ako while speaking, inayos ko na mabuti ung headset ko nagmake sure ako clear ung voice ko sa recording, tapos after ko makakita isang bar or after 1 sec saka ako magsasalita bka kasi di narerecord pag ka nagsalita ka agad eh. tapos nagmake sure din ako na malakas, kasi sayang pera eh, kaya dpt give mo na best mo sa susunod wala ng hiya hiya, inisip ko na lang sarili ko nung time na yun hehe.

Fluency ang chinicheck sa speaking, kaya mas maganda hindi lang bsta tuloy tuloy ka magsalita, make sure nakapagsabi ka ng 4-6sentences kasi un ang ginigrade nila.

Basta walang susuko.=)

@acroldan congrats po! any tips on how to get such scores? i need 20pts din kasi...so badly... sa IELTS ko kc problema ko na lang is writing, all modules ko ay 8 na.. im taking ielts again this sat but i doubt if i can get 8 don huhu.. PTE is my only chance.. thanks!!

@MisterKehn hello! question lang, when you sit on a PTE-A exam are you allowed to bring papers? like mga prepared sentences or keywords that you can use on the different modules?

pero try ko pang kulitin.. so meron lng ako 30pts for age, 20pts hopefully sa language and 15pts sa education..

@kymme madami pala tayo.. hmm at least dito possible ung 20pts.. sa IELTS prang ang hirap.. nagsstruggle ako sa writing kasi ang bagal ko ng magsulat nakukulangan ako sa time.

@Feebzz cheers.. parehas po tayo...dont be sad...ako naman out of ten years of work experience 2.7 lang ang binigay...oh dba ang saya...hehehe...try mo visa 190 kasi un ang plan ko eh kasi additional 5 points agad un...ako nga hinahabol ko bago mag bday pag yun nangyari need na talaga magsunug ng kilay

@Feebzz basically, if you're coming from IELTS, una mong dapat gawin is know the format of PTE. mag try ka one time ng whole PTE exam review. then after nun, since alam mo na what to expect, balik ka sa thread na to and learn from the tips. hindi mo kasi maaappreciate mga tips dito if hindi mo pa alam difference ng IELTS at PTE. ganun ginawa ko. I answered macmillan first. whole test simulation without timer. Then after nun, balik ka dito and read their tips. it will all become clear to you pano magstrategize. Strategy is the key in PTE.

and nope. bawal papel sa exam. passport or ID and key ng locker lang ang dala. wallet, phone, pens, eraser, jewelry, money, etc bawal. same with IELTS.

@jrgongon ksi 22 pa lang ako and wla ako 3 years overseas or 1 year aus experience kya PTE 20 points lng pwd mkpag 60 points sakin. nk student visa ako naun and 189 ung plan ko. d din ksi ako mg qualify sa state sponsorship

@Feebzz- hindi po.. only your passport, locker key ang pede mong dalhin sa loob. Pen and a laminated paper will be provided by them.
