Hi hello. I would like to consider Student Visa 572 and study Aged Care.
I applied for tourist visa, last month but got refused because of circumstance na d pa ako naka travel abroad maski once and that my work is home based and baka di ako umuwi when my visa expires.
Is it worth applying for Student Visa? I am just worried na baka ba refuse din.

hi there @gmoly12 mid sept to oct is definitely very okay. allowing you ample time to wait for your visa grant (usually 3 mos grace period) if your school intake is march nxt year. just my 2 cents from somebody who doesn't hav yet a visa grant under 572. goodluck!

Hi everyone. Newbie here.
Maglolodge na kami ng application. Hindi pa maGo kasi waiting pa kami sa NSO marriage cert, pending pa sa NSO kasi kakakasal lang namin ng May, but we applied it for advance submission para marelease kaagad.. I have few things to ask.

Visa Subclass 572 sya pero TAFE NSW, AL exempt ba ito and won't be needing show money? Expected intake nya is Jul13,2015. Abot pa kaya kami?

Meron po ba kayong sample ng statutory declaration? Thank you!!!:)

Hello everyone, bago lang ako sa forum and I am happy to know na marami pala ako makakasama dito na hopefuls na ma grant for student visa. By the way, meron po ba dito na kukuha or kumukuha ng Streamlined Subclass 572 Student Visa? This is actually my second application as my first application (Subclass 572: Cert 3 & 4 Aged Care and Cert 4 Disability Care) was denied due to unsatisfied daw yung CO ko sa financial docs na pinresent ko. That's the main reason why I re-apply thru SVP Subclass 572 (Diploma of Nursing and Advanced Diploma of Nursing). This time thru a different agent (IDP Manila). I just received the conditional letter of offer from my institution. Now processing my financial requirements again and hoping na maibigay ko in the next 7 days. Praying that God will give my heart's desire this time. Good luck sa ating lahat and God bless!

@JoeyPuno hi po.... nag present din po kayo bank certificate sa immigration? nabanggit po kc sakin ng agent ko na pag SVP sa school nlng daw po ipepresent yung bank certificate hindi na sa immigration? tama po ba? Salamat po....

hi ask ko lang regarding 572 visa.

1.) Is it faster now compared before? kasi sabi sa DIBP (student visa processing times sa assessment natin in level 3 = 3 months
while sa website ng Australian Embassy - Philippines ang level 3. is 3-4 months or 90 days daw. which is which ba sa ngayon? mas lesser naba ang time period? may changes po ba after all this years sa 572 processing mas less months na ba this year? yung aporang lumalapit naba sya sa SVP time period? what can you say?

2.) ang school ba mag advise sa iyo upon recirevingl of eCOE, na idedefer ka nalang sa next intake para hindi ka alaanganin sa pag lodge ng visa? or ang agency?

3.) Bakit yung iba my interview pa ng CO after medical. and yung iba diretso visa grant? any idea why?

@ays20123 Hello, sorry ngayon lang ako nakapag bukas ulit. Opo, sa school lang po ako nag present ng bank certs/ bank statements. At since SVP po sya ay di na kailangan mag present pa sa immigration. Ang need lang po ng immi ay notarized sworn declaration of access to funds.

2. Responsibility mo to secure the visa. Kung tingin mo alanganin pwede ka humingi ng extension, usually 1 or 2 weeks yata. Kumbaga late ka lang ng pasok. or pwede ka humingi ng deferral.

3. It depends kung satisfied yung CO sa paperwork mo na genuine student ka. Otherwise, pwede din at random.

Update ko lang last Dec 22, 2015 na lodge na ng agency ko ang student visa ko 572 under SVP (2 years, advanced diploma course in hospitality).

tanung ko lang mga ilang days kaya ito para malamn result kung grant or not. nag SVP na kasi ako dahil one month lang daw visa processing? sana nga totoo or less than a month kas sa Janaury 25, 2016 na ang intake ko.. sa Darwin, NT.

sino din po naka experience na na re-use ang previous health exam record nila na hindi pa umabot ng 12 months at nagamit ulit for visa application? meron kasi akong previous medical exam last jan 2015. valid daw kasi yun 12 months pero hindi sya pang student visa ginamit ko yun before sa training and research 402 visa magagmit pa kaya ng CO yun para hnd nako gagastos for another health exam. na mention ko din sa visa forms ko yung previous HAP id ko.

23 December - na acknowlede ng DIBP visa application ko
5 Jan 2016 - medical sa nationwide (after 5 days daw ma upload result sa dibp)

waiting sa visa result

sabi ng CO ko 14days ang standard processing time for SVP (assesement level 1)

im not sure kung pasok ang 5days na medical sa 14 days processing ng visa result.

jan 25 intake ko. sa darwin ako sa ICAE. saan ka mag aaral?
