mga bro/sis, tanong lang, nung ni review ko yung latest SOL/CSOL list, yung job description ko, is matched sa System Administrator, so CSOL siya. Sa pagka-intindi ko, if CSOL yun yung mga kinakailangan ng State Sponsorship right? let say ok yun assessment ng ACS sa credentials at ok yung IELTS (i think i need overall score of 7), ok pa din ba ang chance to get State Sponsorship?

Yes, state nomination will give you 5 points, however, if it's regional state nomination (subclass 489 visa); that's 10 points but, Temporary resident sha. And in regard to IELTS, band score 7 at least for EACH module.

^ thanks paps. kita ko sa timeline mo may schedule ka ng PTE. parang nadaan ko sa ibang pages mas madali daw? hehe, totoo kaya yun? and since ACS din naman assessment ko in case, ilan required satin pag PTE-A ang kunin paps? yung IELTS pa lang na check ko eh. mukang kakailanganin ko ng pang hatak ng points from IELTS/PTE-A since i-assume ko na 5 points lang makuha ko from work experience.

follow up pala dun sa prior question ko, since state/regional nomination ang most likely dadaan ko, slimmer ba ang chances nun compared sa 189/190 visa? TIA

Hi, I am a CPA here in the Philippines, >10yrs work experience and have plans to migrate with family (spouse and 3 kids below 18yrs). My spouse has >10yrs experience as well as Web Developer.

I initially have plans to get CPA Australia assessment. Moreover, when I took IELTS exam, I got L-8.0, R-8.5, S-7.0 and W-6.0. I won't get qualified with a 6.0 score, thus, checking possibility of visa sponsorship.

I have yet to check If Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila is an accredited school and I need not submit documents for assessment.

Greatly appreciate your advise on best path to meet required points.

Question po. Un ilalagay bang experience sa eoi ay kung ano lng ang sinabe sa acs?
Kunyare sinabe ng acs na from 2008 ang counted. Un 2008 ang ilalagay na start date rather than 2006 kunyare ka nagstart talaga.
Kase naging 15 points un claim ko.

@jrgongon sir nagpamedical na po kayo? kakalodge ko pa lang naman ng EOI pero nagpreprepare lang kung sakaling mainvite na. may mga nakikita kasi ako na nagkakaproblem sa fatty liver. di ko sure kung ganun din ako pero overweight kasi ako eh. malaki laki din ang kelangan kong ma-lose para sa ideal body weight ng height ko.. kaya nakakaworry din. ano po yung program niyo?

@jairedick sir you can visit the Accountants thread for topics re CPAA. pero I think kahit saan galing na school sa pinas, lahat kelangan dumaan sa skills assessment.

if you need additional points, you can try PTE Academic. I haven't tried IELTS pero I've heard mas madali daw makakuha ng mataas na score sa PTE kesa sa IELTS. check niyo po yung PTE Academic thread.

hello. question lang po sa mga nakapaglodge na ng visa..

1. yung nbi clearance po ba siya na yung PCC? dito lang po ako sa pinas nagwork ever since.

2. kelan po ba kumukuha ng nbi clearance and medical? basta after ma-invite pwede na? parang yung iba nakita ko kumuha na before magvisa lodge. yung iba naman after ng lodge?

3. nawala ko na kasi lahat nung payslips ko from previous employer. ang meron lang po ako ay yung COE at contract. meron din akong ITR pero kulang ng 1 year. positive din ang assessment. enough na po kaya yun kahit walang payslip?

1. yes po NBI yung PCC para sa atin na sa Pinas lang nag work at nag-stay
2. ako after ko mainvite dun lang ako kumuha ng nbi at nagpamedical then tsaka nag-lodge. Yung iba since alam nila na may hit sila sa nbi kumukuha na sila agad.
3. i just attached ITRs. if hihingin yung payslip tsaka ko ibibigay

2. kelan po ba kumukuha ng nbi clearance and medical? basta after ma-invite pwede na? parang yung iba nakita ko kumuha na before magvisa lodge. yung iba naman after ng lodge? -it depends. ung validity kasi ng NBI and Medical ang magiging basis ng initial entry date mo kapag nagrant ka na. dapat before sila maexpire, makapag initial entry ka na. kung gusto mo ma-extend ung initial entry date mo, pwede ka kumuha after lodging your application. Same with medical. Pero kung gusto mo ma-direct grant or ok lang na early ung initial entry date mo, pwede ka na kumuha ng NBI and medical prior lodging your application.

3. nawala ko na kasi lahat nung payslips ko from previous employer. ang meron lang po ako ay yung COE at contract. meron din akong ITR pero kulang ng 1 year. positive din ang assessment. enough na po kaya yun kahit walang payslip? -pwede na as long as indicated kung kelan ka nagstart sa company and nakalagay yung salary/compensation to prove that it is a paid work. and prepare ka na lang ng stat dec to state na nawala mo na ung payslip mo. just wait for the CO kung hingin pa nya payslip mo, then just send the stat dec na lang. And explain bakit and paano nawala ung payslips. ipa-certify mo na rin ung COE, ITR and contract mo para sure. Regular cash transfers sa bank mo (payroll account) during that time is also a good alternative sa payslip mo to prove na sumusweldo ka regularly during your stay in your previous company

Hi, sa amin naman we frontloaded lahat ng binigay namin sa ACS na docs and cert of employment, then halo na payslips na available and ITR for the years na walang payslip hoping tanggapin. But even with that last item, nanghingi padin si CO ng payslips. Di ko na alam ano ibibigay ko hahaha bungi bungi kasi ang payslips, may time na nagchange admin at walang nasend out, kaya for those years ITR binigay ko. Subukan ko din siguro ung stat dec, pero technically di naman lost ung payslips, so di ko alam pano sabihin kay CO...

@tiggeroo as long as makita lang ni CO na ung payslip mo covers your work experience duration ok na un. so not necessarily dapat deredrecho. siguro maganda kung nandun ung 1st and last payslip mo then supporting na lang ung in between to prove that it is a continuous employment. ok lang siguro na bungi bungi kung may ITR naman.

@OZwaldCobblepot, specified sa request na quarterly payslips for all claimed points. Problem ko ngayon may buong 2 years na missing, so wala ako maibibigay for those yrs, sayang at ung isang year na missing ay ung first hehe hopefully maconsider kasi sagad sa 5 years work exp un hehe

@tiggeroo sis ako lahat ng payslips for 8yrs talaga. anyhow if u miss something explain mo sa CO and support it wd probably bank statement where may salary deposit every month on that year. or u may ask ur HR (u have to try ) f may mabbgay sila kahit anong docs to giv u dt info kahit hindi na buong payslip. at least u ddnt jst say no agad kai CO na wala eh

bsta try to generate nlng anything u can add f wala talaga ung actual payslip. if u run out of docs jst ask the CO ano kaya pwde mo ma provide and explain monlng baket

hello po..i just received an email today from CO requesting for further documents..stated sa email:

"Timeframe for response
You must respond to this request within 28 days after you are taken to have received this
letter. You should provide your response in writing."

ibig sabihin po ba kailangan mag email back sa CO to confirm that I received the notification and will provide the required documents once gathered? ganto rin po ba ung ginawa nyo after nacontact ng CO?

@jandm yes. dapat within 28 days mabigay mo na ung requested docs and hit the "Information Provided" button sa immiaccount. If you can't provide the docs within the 28days, you must email your CO and state a reasonable explanation on why you can't provide the docs within the timeframe

@jandm You may reserve your emails sa CO mo sa more urgent or important queries. hehe. para di makulitan. but for now, just provide what they requeste, click the "Information provided" and email your CO na nabigay mo na ung docs. then your status sa immiaccount will change to "Assessment in Progress"
