SEEKING HELP FOR PARTNER VISA APPLICATION

Hi everyone!
May nakapagtry na po ba sa inyo maglodge/process ng Partner Visa? I'm a Permanent Resident here in Adelaide, Australia and my initial entry was last March 27, 2012. I went back to the Philippines last December and got married. Currently, I'm back in Adelaide. We wanted to process my husband's Partner Visa but we have no idea on how to. Can anyone help and give us advice? Please. Thank you!

answer the questions.. and it will give you the recommended visa type based on your situation...

Hi! I've checked with the website you've provided, Subclass 309 siya nag-fall. @lock_code2004
Salamat sa threads na binigay mo. Concern ko rin kasi ung sa payslips ko, since I'm only working part-time for now and hindi regular ung pasok ng income. Do you have any idea as to how much money yung needed para hindi ma-decline yung application? Thanks!

@imxelyn tama po.. its visa 309..

that question was asked before and no one can seem to answer it..
i did a quick search sa DIAC: http://www.immi.gov.au/migrants/partners/partner/309-100/
and the booklet 1 for Partner visa: http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/booklets/1127.pdf

pero wala nmn specified amount mentioned na kailangan to be able to sponsor..
but it mentioned that since 309 is a temporary visa (2yrs) while waiting for the PR visa 100..
kailangan ng proof na you can support the partner for the initial 2 years..

so if there is such a number to calculate the average monthly/yearly expenses of a person..
then i suppose you calculate that to 2 years...

aside from money in the bank, other evidence of support can be
- you have assets (house, car, expensive jewelry)
- goods na pwede ibenta

- investments..

and it can be either on your own or jointly with your partner
- example property nyo sa pinas na pwede ibenta para may pera kayo sa AU..

I still have some concerns though. Regarding dun sa Statutory Declaration for Partner Visa what would you recommend, do I just fill up the sample form or do I write my own? I was thinking na if ever magsulat ako ng sakin, may format kaya kung paano gawin? Kung ano yung details na dapat ko i-state? Do you have threads/resources kung saan makakakuha ako ng idea kung paano gumawa ng Statutory Declaration for Partner Visa?

do you still need a declaration even if you are married? i understand it is only for de-facto relationship (please double check)..

for de-facto, because most of the people here applied offshore, the format of the Stat Dec is not valid.. so we created the declaration on our own.. some information on what to include in the Statutory Declaration to prove the relationship..

@imxelyn - regarding statutory declaration by yourself and your partner, you still need to write one even if married na. We were required to pass our stat decs along with our application. Nagsulat kami about the history of our relationship and how it progressed to marriage. Tig-7 pages kami ng asawa ko kasi 8years na rin kami, parang ang hirap paiksiin ng history namin. hehe..Wala namang prescribed format..we just typed them up sa MS Word..and we made sure that all important dates were included. Anyway, yung evidences that we provided connected sa statement namin and nagfocus kami sa categories below.

here are 4 broad categories of evidence that you need to provide:
• fi nancial aspects;
• the nature of the household;
• social context of the relationship; and
• the nature of your commitment to each other.

I also got 2 Stat decs from my sisters who are not Aus. citizens or PR. Ginaya lang namin yung questions from Form 888. Nagsubmit rin kami ng 3 Stat. decs from Aus. citizens.

Regarding the salary, there is no prescribed amount or income, but it is important that you have a job because you'll be acting as the sponsor for your partner. My husband submitted his group certs. along with some payslips and cert. of employment from his current work. Have all these docs notarized by a JP.

advise naman po , I am planning to sponsor my fiance next year. We are planning to get married by April 2014 sa Pinas and we are thinking if we can lodge the application(Partner Visa 309) before our wedding. Ask ko lang usually how many months/year does the caption intend to legally marry in the near future and prior to migration means?

@mydear I think pwede po kayo mag-apply for Prospective Marriage. Sa nabasa ko, within 9 months ata need pakasalan/magpakasal. I'm not 100% sure about that. You can check for the infos regarding Prospective Marriage on the immigration's website.

Hi everyone! Meron lang po ako query. Baka meron sa inyo in similar situation with mine. My fiance and I are planning to get married this year. I'm here in Oz as PR, and he's based in Manila. I am concerned on the address we should use in the marriage application form (as this will be reflected in the marriage certificate). I came from a province near Iloilo, and my fiance grew up in a town in Iloilo. As our parents could no longer travel, we have decided to have the civil ceremony in Iloilo City, officiated by a judge. Law requires that either of us should be a resident of Iloilo City. If he uses his Iloilo address in the marriage application form, does it have to be consistent with his other documents for visa application (i.e, NBI, bank statement, billing, etc.)? di ko na kase makulit ung agent namin ih. Naiirita na ata kase last year every week ako nag ppa update sa kanya and she just said na maghintay daw, bka daw next week then pag dumating si next week waley parin. Haayy...
