@shela_79_02 sis nagsubmit ka din ba ng form 80? Almost 18 pages grabe ang pifill upan ko. I just pay in bdo bank the cenomar thru ecensus today to be delivered in vfs makati.

@greyz_16 yes sis tama, after two years, Permanent Visa naman ang aapplyan. Tapos pag naka-four years ka na na resident in Aus (including yung two years before nag-apply ng PR), pwede ka na mag-apply for citizenship

@shela_79_02 yes its complicated hndi na namin kc expect yung tourist visa na ma grant kc oct pa yun. and they said na final stage na yung status nung dec. and cancel na nila tv ko. we are waiting for the 309 visa grant this jan pero they approve the tv yesterday. there is no point pa na umalis ako using the tv kung irelease yung decision ng 309 this feb. tpos pbbalikin nila ako after 3 or 4 weeks kunti tiis na lang for the 309.

@don2 Ohhh ur tv was granted, bakit kya ganun? Kc if they will grant na ur 309 they will cancel ur tv. Sometimes it's case to case basis as I'm following this forum u mentioned before that u got a phone interview which is unusual.

@happy_gal yun na nga eh kaya will just wait for the decision of the 309 til the end of feb. Friday 4:30pm kc na send yung tv sa amin forward kagad namin yung copy and inform sa CO regarding the visa tumapat naman ng week end so mag antay pa kami ng monday for the responce of my CO.

@Ady90 is there a particular police check they need? (NBI) or just police clearance? hi...just wonder anyone here stayed in other country over 12 months? because i stayed over 12 months in saudi unfortunately i cant provide a police clearance from them....anyone can help?is there any way around with that requirements?

@urjoanjoory Need ng NBI clearance sis. Also as far as I know, need talaga ng police clearance if nag-stay ka sa isang country for 12 months or more. Eto nakalagay sa website nila:

"For the Australian Government to determine whether you are of good character, you might be asked to provide police certificates for each country you have lived in for 12 months or more, over the last 10 years, since turning 16 years of age."

Pag di ka raw makakuha ng police clearance, eto sabi:

"If a certificate cannot be obtained, or if a country is not listed on this page, please contact your nearest Australian Immigration overseas office for further information."

Currently non-Saudi citizens are unable to obtain a police certificate from Saudi Arabia. However, you will need to provide the Department with a copy of your final exit document, and, if you were employed while in Saudi Arabia, a letter from your previous employer.

@urjoanjoory hello i think its possible to get a police clearance from saudi pero magastos ung process and kailangan may kakilala ka doon na syang lalakad ng papel mo sa police station. Pero nalimutan ko kng ano mga docs na need. kailangan mo mgpa fingerprint from pinas and send there. Did you work there ba?

Just provide na lang kung ano ask ng embassy. U will always find a way just be patient to secure all the documents they need if u really want a visa grant.
