Eto pala ang sagot sa tanong ko. So sa VIC working experience kino consider not ACS assessment? how about po sa NSW? ACS daw po ang sinusundan? out of the topic po pero for info na din ng lahat. Thanks!

@grant512 yes based sa nabasa ko sa NSW nagrerefer sila sa skills assessment from ACS for ICT..

Kumusta timeline nang mga nag apply for VIC SS?

Just applied sa DIBP nang visa. Uploaded n yung docs ko at meron n akong medicals n complete done last June for my student visa.

Mga kelan kaya ako ma assigned nag CO..
Waiting time is killing me..alam n malapit n finish line eh

may nagrant na ba ng SS for VIC recently? nakikibalita lng..it's been two weeks since naglodge ako ng application for VIC..sana hindi sila masyado mahigpit mag grant..balita ko from other forums madalas sila magreject ng applications..

Hello po sa lahat. Software Tester po kasi yung husband ko for 9 years and 2 months na po kaya lang ang course po nya ay Industrial Engineering and plan po nya kumuha ng State Nomination sa Victoria po this coming December 2015 ask ko lang po kung totoo po ba na mababawasan yung years of work experience nya ng 6 years?(sabi po kasi ng pinsan ko). @jandm: Got granted my VIC SS in1 day.
Sa SOL b yung occupation nyo? May parang assigned priority group kasi ata sila. RN yung nominated position k kaya mabilis. di kasi umaabot.nang 20% sa allotted slots ang napupuno kaya mabilis.
Lalo n ngayon 2000 n lang from 2300 per occupation. Wait nyo lng at pray dadating n yan.

@jandm Paminsan depende din sa answer m. kasi onshore ako nag apply currently working n dito, at di k n na nilagay relatives k sa ibang state. So confirmed n commitment k sa Victoria.Which is true naman..hehe

Strict kasi si VIC regarding committment to settle kasi gusto nila yung Tax you earn pupunta sa State of Victoriam

ouch! I just received an email from VIC stating that my application for VIC nomination is not approved..go for PTE na siguro tlga ako next month..aral aral ulit

@kittykitkat18 i think ung response nila is general for all rejected applications..ichange ko na lng ung state preferred sa visa 190 from VIC to NSW..huhuhu sawi

tapos as per: https://www.border.gov.au/WorkinginAustralia/Pages/SkillSelect-23-October-2015-Round-Results.aspx...lahat ng 2613 65 up na ung kailangang points..baka mag PTE na rin nga ako baka mas malaki ung chance tumaas ung score..back to study mode na naman..magkaiba ksi ung format ng exam ng IELTS and PTE di ba..

Hi @jandm ang bilis pala ng response ng VIC. Dati matagal sila. kaka apply ko lang din sa kanila last wednesday. Tama apply din sa NSW at mag ielts or pte muna while waiting for NSW.

Sa mga nakakuha na po dito ng sponsorship from Victoria, how much funds po ang nilagay nyo sa financial part ng application when you applied? How much po ba dapat? Do i need to attach proofs? Salamat po

Sad news. My application for state sponsorship was refused.

Hi bro @FrenchMilk, did VIC specify why you were refused? software tester din kasi ako and VIC lang ang may open for us as of Feb 2016.

@rich88 no po. hindi nagbigay ng reason ang Vic. tinanong ko rin pero ayaw nila magbigay ng specific reason. try lang. at least sa vic sponsorship walang bayad so nohing to lose.

Sa mga nakakuha na po dito ng sponsorship from Victoria, how much funds po ang nilagay nyo sa financial part ng application when you applied? How much po ba dapat? Do i need to attach proofs? Salamat po

normally acceptable ang 30k AUD per single applicant then additional 5K per dependent. tas indi namn nagrerequire ng evidence of funds. more on declaration lang Unless they specifically ask for it..

@rich88 puede naman pero i think mahirap magbago decision nila. i am not sure if you can submit new docs to further strengthen your application.
advise ko is make sure all your docs are in order saka follow their guidelines like yun sa paggawa ng cv

walang reappeal pero you can reapply after 6 months. gawa ka ng maayos na CV kasi dun nila mostly ibased ang evaluation ng application mo kung tugma ang skills mo sa present requirement nila.

@engineer20 thanks bro.. by the way, binasa ko yung requirements nila sa site. wala naman nabanggit dun about sa letter of commitment? actually, nabanggit lang sa akin yun nung isang agent na tinanungan ko before, need raw ng parang personal letter to the state stating kung bakit mo sila pinili at kung bakit mo gusto mag migrate dun.

can you please enlighten me on this? mejo na-confuse lang ako dito kasi ang nakita ko lang na requirement nila na similar is yung letter of declaration which is totally different from what i'm expecting.

I have 5 years 8 months total experience sa nominated occupation ko (software tester), however, 4 years ang binawas sa akin. So sa ngayon, 1 year 8 months nlng ang natitira.

Question is, nakita ko sa VIC site na for ICT occupation, minimum is 3 years.. Will it be the total years of experience or the years of experience assessed by ACS?

Hope someone can clarify.. thanks!

Afaik, there was apost about this. Yes, the experience will be based from your actual work experience and not from the skills assessment sa Victoria sponsorship..
