@Xiaomau82 actually na inform napo yung employer but yung challenge kasi is gusto nilang magstart na by june 1. Looking at the time line nung visa 190 malamang after june na yung lalabas ng result.

well if you proceed with the 457 this would take a couple of months din namn para maprocess. sayang din ung job opportunity at least may sure work ka na din.

Hello po. Gusto ko po sana kumuha ng visa label pero di na daw nag iissue. Any chance na makakuha pa nito? Para kasi less hassle sa mga immigration kasi madalas ako matravel and some countries visa free or on arrival basta may visa label. Thanks!

Good afternoon, I am currently planning na mag migrate sa Australia (NSW area), i have my Auntie abroad whom an Australian citizen na, ang OPTION A ko si to get student visa with the help of IDP until I get into this forum which i guess mas okay dahil mas madali (I guess), hope someone can help me to figure out the step by step process, I am planning to get my IELTS exam this March which is basically one of the requirements. Hope to get feedback from you guys, Thanks in advance.

Hello guys! Sorry po sa abala. I hope may makakasagot sa tanong ko. Saan po ba pipiliin ko? 189 visa na 60 points lang ako or sa 190 na 65 points? Syanga pala RN po ako dito sa australia, holding 485 visa. Marami pong salamat sa inyo.

@teamLEE pwede po isang EOI reference number lang but both ticked po ang 189 and 190. Whichever po ang mauna mag feedback sa invitation rounds, choice nyo pa rin in the end if you'll go say 190 comes first. Yun nga lang restricted on 2 years stay on sponsored state whilst on 189, any state na gusto mo pwede mo puntahan to live and work. I'm also a 60 pointer myself (55+5) to NSW at may payment pa na 300 AUD sa processing nito. Should my PTE exam shall be good this March (additional 10 pts credit), I will switch to 189 para next invitation round lodge na ng VISA.

Hello po ano pong course na balak nyo po kunin? I would suggest po na sa AMS kayo pa-assist for your student visa. Sila po nag assist samin way back 2013. Mabilis po sila and very friendly. I am now holding 485 visa after my 2 yr nursing course here. Good luck po.. Marami pong tutulong sa inyo dito sa pinoyau.

@teamLEE Thanks, as much as I want po kasi to study medyo malaki ung tuition na kailangan CE po kasi ako balak ko mag masters, though may recent work experience na po ako kung sana mas maganda kung STATE SPONSORSHIP ang kunin ko, I have relative in NSW.

Hope may makatulong sakin to decide which is better to get, student or skilled visa. Another thing if Civil engineer po ako graduate, required po ba na kailangan board passer?

Hi @jeprox_0989, same kmi ng sagot ni @engineer20. Kapag PR, pde ka na mag work as full time employee, pag student, part time lng ang pwede mo pasukan. After mo maka graduate, need mo pa rin mag apply ng separate PR, unless i-apply ka ng company na mapapasukan mo, un ang alam ko.

Pero walang email address na binigay. Ang meron lang is yun footer ng mismong letter na nakalagay ang same email address na ginamit nila para mag-email sakin. sa gsm adelaide ako na-allocate. tama ba yun na direct reply lang ako dun sa nagemail sakin? Thanks po!

@teamLEE are you on your own or thru a migration agent? Ang trend kasi ngayon more than 60 visa pointers ang na-iinvite either 189 or 190 though usually sa turn around time ng visa grant, mabilis ang 190. Kumbaga, sa passing score sa school, pasang awa lang sa 60 points. Kaya yung iba, kasama na ako don, nag take ako ng PTE exam to increase visa points. Kasi priority ni DIBP na mag issue ng invite sa highest pointer at depende na din sa need ng state kung gaano ka "in-demand" profession mo. Ask ka sa ibang RN na kagaya mo dito sa forum. @hopeful_mea and @iam_juju musta na kayo? Lapit na PTE exam ko, di na ko mapalagay parang puno na utak ko sa pagrereview at pagbabasa ng tips sa forum. Anyway, seemingly talagang need to increase points kasi madalas talaga no invites sa mga exact 60 pointers sa VISA 190 pathway (applies sa medical & engineering professions sa NSW). Meron nga daw client yung agent ko na mahigit 1 year na wala pa rin invite sa NSW, 60 pointer din.

Btw, plan ko na i-take @iam_juju yung binili ko sa yo na Mock test, Set B...palagay mo timing na ba? Thanks sa reply mo in advance

@hopeful_mea I think sa CPA may pag asa ka pa sa NSW, kasi may demand pa rin. Sa case ko sa dyan, talagang madalas civil at structural and marami IT ang in demand dyan. Parang mas preferred ko ngayon mag Perth pag nakapasa na ko sa PTE...

@iam_juju hi sis, well yes pwede nman pro hihingian ka ng employment contract and proof of funds so i strongly suggest wag mo na i.try. Nasayang yung $200 binayad ko coz i took the risk. Hmm but its ok bka hndi dn ako matahimik kng hndi ko tinry.

@pinoycoder hindi guarantee na dahil nameet mo ang required points at nasa list ang skill mo sa nsw ay makakareceive ka ng invite. meron silang published criteria on selection at matindi ang competetion for nsw sponsorship.

@pinoycoder goodluck sa application sa NSW. mainit kasi occupation code mo daming nakapila at nagaabang ng invitation from NSW. sana makaabot ka kahit 65 points para mas malaki chance sa 189.

@engineer20 actually eto na pinakamax na points ko as of now. 60 points lang ako sa 189 tapos 65 sa 190 NSW. need ko pang maghintay ng 3 years if gusto ko maging 65 yung points ko sa 189.
