Do you need to use a Australian Registered Migration Agent?

    hi aussie, 50 - 50 ako dyan, gusto ko rin na parang ayaw kasi, parang kakaiba ung sa case ko. tingin ko ok si Karl (migrationhorizon). sabi nya wiiling to do extra mile cya :) maybe they can do the documenting part for us? :)>- pero para sakin opinion ko lang. parang ok rin mag migration agent that is kung may extra ka, para in the end kung negative man ang result, atleast d ka magsisi kasi took the best path.

    ako via migration agent kaya nakapasok ako sa australia.kaso mabigat ang bayaran said na said ako nung dumating ako d2.ngayon nagiisip ako kung ano gagawin ko sa mag ina ko? kung idadaan ko pa sa migration agent o ako n lang personally mag lodge.ang problema maraming requirements ung DIAC at wla ako masyado time kc busy ako s work ko.naiinip n nga po ako.PR agad ako nung pumasok ako d2 nagbabayad p din ako ng pinangbabayad ko sa migration agent pero kung may alam ka na mura go ka na bastat reliable ung agent na kukunin mo.kung alam ka na mura na agent paki share mo din sa akin.

    Congrats Zielamikee! malaki talaga ang tulong ng migration agent, comment ko lang is bakit parang thesis teacher lang sila na guide mo pero ikaw pa rin ang gagawa lahat? bakit hindi na lang sila ang mag collate ng mga coe for example. kasi napakamahal ng bayad sa kanila, sana sila na rin ang gumagawa ng lahat ng docu mo tapos pakita na lang saatin kung may irerevise? kasi hindi biro and laki ng FEE nila. kaso the other way around ang ngyayari e. pero agree ako malaking tulong sila.

    I agree, reliable migration agent is a big help, gaya nong ng-apply ako, wala akong kaalam-alam s process, nagreresearch ako sa internet pero iba-iba ang information n nkukuha ko, sobrang naguluhan ako, kaya I decided n mghire ng agent, may nirefer sa akin ang friend ko n agent na sya din nkpag-paalis s knya tru skilled migration, the name of the agent is Lita Mahle, more than 15 years na sya as australian migration agent and chineck ko sa mara name nya, registered nmn. Yung main office nya ay s Australia, pro may office dn sya dito s Philippines, i-research ninyo ang Palms International Migration Services Inc, expertise tlga nila is for Australian immigration, and compared don s ibang agency n nilapitan ko, mas mababa ang rate nila. So sa mga gusto mg-hire ng agent I strongly suggest Ms Lita Mahle.

    mga sir and mam..newbie lang po ako..may question lang po ako..ive been working for my field in aviation im an aircraft mechanic for 8 1/2 yrs..i'm 31 yrs..first time to see this forum and really a big help..im now on the first process po ng application ko..naipasa ko na po sa agent ko po all my documents para po sa TRA assesment po since im under migration assistant po..any advices po for a newbie like me..plan ko po kasi eh if ever po na palarin is dadalhin ko na po yung family ko together with me..ano po ba magandang gawin?..dito pa po kasi ako for now assigned in japan..paguwi ko po next month sa pilipinas eh mag review na po for ielts..may ma i share po ba kayong experience regarding po sa first time immigrant na kasama na po agad ang pamilya?..and any suggestions and advices po?..salamat po and godbless po sa lahat!

    aeromekaniko same here.. Aircraftmech from dubai. plan ko din magmigrate. I think sa Victoria university tyo mag pa assess and we need to submit our experience log book. medyo madigat ang assessment natin 3,500AUD. All the best to you and your family.

    Hi may alm ako n MARA agent n resonable lng mg charge pede k nmn mghingi ng estimate ito ang email add [email protected] ang alm k kc mababa lng cya mg chrge.depende kc s visa class.send me pm

    Before, we were thinking of hiring a migration agent. Pero sa pagbabasa ko ng iba't-ibang forums and paulit-ulit na basa ng mga booklets, naisip ko na basta sipagan ko lang and maging resourceful lang, kaya namin ng walang migration agent. Na-complete and nasubmit namin lahat ng requirements on our own last June.

    So my suggestion is basta sipagan nyo lang, kayang-kaya yan. And as far as I know, agents will just provide you guidance pero kayo pa din naman mag-aasikaso ng requirements nyo like pagkuha ng TOR and diploma sa school, magcocompose ng CDRs (para sa mga engineering graduates), kayo pa din ang magpapractice and kukuha ng IELTS, kayo pa din ang hihingi ng employment reference letters sa companies nyo, kayo ang magpapamedical. Pag nacomplete nyo na requirements nyo, ang dali na lang i-submit or iupload online.

    Isipin nyo din na medyo may kamahalan ng bayad sa kanila.

    That's my 2 cents.

    Hi guys! i hired a migration agent to work on my application. She is based on ACT. i just got to now her in the philippines.com.au forum site. She charges at a very low cost for the whole visa application process and the payment comes in an installment basis (20%-upon signing of contract, 50%-upon visa lodgement, and 30%-upon visa grant). Medyo ok naman yung rates nya kaya nag agent na ako. Unlike ng mga agents dito sa pinas napakalaki nila maningil for the professional fee.
    Nasa SA SS application process na ako ngayon.Di kasi umabot yung IELTS score ko of 7 on all subtest. My options right now is for a 475 visa subclass. try nyo po siya. Ayos naman siya kausap nad pinoy din siya and she is based in Oz wala lang siya office dito sa pinas. Eto yung name & email nya: Gigi O'Sullivan [[email protected]]..

    Around 1300-1500 Aud. That is almost half the price of the migration agents here in the phils. are asking. ayos naman po siya kausap saka ok naman yung pag process nya ng mga papers ko. email mo na lang siya libre naman ang assessment sa kanya about your case e.

    @k_mavs aba super baba yan compared dito sa SG, AIMS is charging me 5k SGD, that around 165k Pesos, compared to 1500AUD which is only around 67k pesos? thats a whooping 100k pesos less.

    baka kasama na dyan follow up ng assessment. i woukd like to recommend her. Nakilala ko na sya in person. last year minsan umattend sya sa church namin tinanung ko kung sya ang nag reply sa akin nung nag tanung ako sa forum ng Philippine.com.au. Sabi nya MARA agent sya and i ask her to give me assistant of my visa application after 6 month nakuha ko na visa ko. nagtanung lahat ako sa kanya about information of my application on the following day may email na sya sa akin well explain sa tanung ko. Next year papaasikaso ulit aako sa kanya about my application in australia citizenship. She is very helpful and certified MARA agent:

    From skills assessment up to visa lodgement and follow-up with DIAC yung sabi niya sakin. Try nyo na rin po siya.I really recommend her because madali siya kausap and very helpful in all my queries with regards to my application.

    Yup super mura nga yung rates nya compared sa iba. Nung una kasi e Respall yung sa makati yung kinuha kong agent pero napakalaki ng singil niya about 3000Aud. Pwede nang pang pocket money yung matitipid mo sa agent.hehe..

    almost mga immig.agent ay 3000k ang hinihingi,yang si sulivan byan..mababa kasi parang wala siyang office na magbabayad ng rent at secretary na babayaran at iba pa,,if i remember right parang in house lang or partime ang work niya as immig agent...kung makamura kayo sa kanya..why not...i think she is a good migration agent..

    yeah i agree with you actually part time nya talaga ang pagiging agent kasi nag wowork din sya sa government. pasalamat ako buti nakilala ko sya nung time na mag-lalodge ako ng visa. cheers.

    Ok lang, I'm planning on taking up immigration law para pwde rin akong mag-practice as a an agent para madala ko dito yung mga kapatid, parents at kung sino pang kamag-anak na magpatulong.

    @k_mavs hi ang mura ng agent mo. kami may agent din 3000 AUD ang bayd tpos ang gulo pa kausap. My pros and cons tlaga ang may agent.
