yung ako rin kasi nagsarili n..di pala ganun k simple mag rent kala ko pay lng go n! di pala..magpapakabit k p nang electricity, internet, tubig, or gas..hayst..
in terms naman sa gamit, di kami bumili agad, nasa airbed lng kame nung una, tapos yung gamit magkusina lng..yung fridge 2nd hand namin bili. wala kameng washing machine andun kame sa coin laudry lumalaba weekly..
kasi sayang eh..di mo sure if may emergency n kailangan m nang pera.
ang alam k madaming 2nd hand shops sa brunswick..
check m salvos, savers, sacred heart mission, brotherhood of st. laurent, st vincent de pauls (vinnies) yan ang mga 2nd hand shops or opportunistic shop ang tawag..

As to buying furnitures..ang dami bumibigay lng nyan..paminsan nilalagay lng nila sa tabi nang road..kunin m n lng..maganda p ang condition..Hard Rubbish ang tawag. Halos yearly sila kasi nag change2x ng decor.
yung sofa, dining table n chairs,at book shelves namin free lng..pinulot lng namin sa tabi..Lol
Yung iba binili namin 2nd hand n.

dito sa SG maayos din ang mga furnitures kung minsan tapos iisipin mo walang defect kasi almost brand new itsura.
then suddenly after a few months pinutakte kame nang surot wahhhh so ingat at inspect carefully if ever no matter ano appearance nya from the outside.

illegitimate kasi yung anak ko kaya medyo matagal pero nagasikaso kami nang documents nya kaya medyo natagalan hindi naman yung immig nang aussie ang publema paps
yung authorities sa pinas gawa nga nung august pa namin inayos yun kaso minali mali nung mga incompetent na tao sa cityhall nang city namen kaya nagkaletse letse imbes na dapat noon streamlined lang
bale yung last contact samen 9th nakumpleto namin by the 10th so counting starts dun palang yung hintayan : )
