Dun sa email sakin ng immigration sa baba na kalagay name ng CO. Salamat kaw din mggrant tayo lahat. Ilan days mo bago na laman na refuse ka last year simula nung nilodge mo?

Depende po talaga siguro sa CO wala siguro talagang timeframe basta pasok sa 3months. Dasal nalang tayo na sana good mood sila pagcheck nila ng papers natin.

@danyan2001us thankyou po sa pag reply. tnong ko lng dn po kasi dati po ksi nag apply nako ng tourist visa sa austrlia pero na refuse po un visa makaka apekto po ba un sa pag apply ko ng student visa?

hello....alam mo na na everything to do is thru online set up and maybe you have heard about immigration history...what i am trying to say is that your refusal before is already part of your immigration history in australia..kasi nga online, when immigration look at your name then lalabas lahat ng data mo so makikita nila yong previous refusal mo....just keep on praying na magiging understanding yong magiging CO mo....na hindi magiging malaking factor yong refusal mo dahil ibang visa (tourist) naman yon kaysa student visa. Keep you in my prayers sis.

@danyan2001us kaya nga po knkabahan po ako kung ano mngyayare dito sa application ko. sana maging mabait nga po sila . pero nung 2009 pa po ako na refuse pero mga 2-3x ata ako na refuse hndi ko na maalala kasi matagal na. btw po pinoprocess ko na po ung papers ko kakatpos ko lng po mag ielts exam

Hi All!
Need ba talaga na 72 units in college bago makapag apply sa mga schools? Or it depends on the school requirement? What if diploma course only, minimum of 72 units pa rin ba ang required?

@danyan2001us pag po ba nag lodge thru SVP tapos wala pa po grant notice, eh intake ko na kaya pinadefer muna sa next intake, another 14 working days ulit ba pag namove ung intake?

First you need to identify why your previous application was refused. If it was refused because you are unable to provide additional information or document(s), you just simply need to relodge the application and provide the information or document(s) you were unable to supply DIBP. I am sure, you will get approval. Now if it's an adverse information, I believe you may have to wait a little longer before you relodge the application.

When you say intake, it is not actually another 14 days. Example: your class starts this 09 Mar 2016 (intake). Since your visa has not yet arrived, you cannot attend your class. The next intake is scheduled let us say on 01 Jun 2016. That means you can attend the Jun class instead of Mar. The standard processing time for a student visa is 14 days. As I mentioned in my other post, it depends entirely on the completeness of your application and the volume of applications received by DIBP. Ideally, a student visa should be lodged at least 2 months before the intake just to be on the safe side. Good luck

I have received the final offer from University but stated sa application ko na i will bring my wife with me. Nabasa ko sa Offer letter na single lang ang OSHC.. So I need to tell to my agent para mabago pa nila ang letter of offer para sa amin?

Guys pwede ko bang bayaran na lang ng single yung oshc ko sa letter of offer at kung sakaling pagdating namin sa Australia don na lang kami maghanap ng oshc para kay wifey? Pwede kaya ganito?
