    @jlexy oo depende talaga... late ko narin kasi nalaman na usually applicants opt to send payslips and ITRs. eh ung nakalagay lang sa requirement ay "can be any of the following"... so ayun, work reference letters lang pinadala ko.

    @agrande wow ang bilis lang for 2 hours...we are a family of 6 kasi. Meron pa bang ibabalik na araw para sa medical procedure sa mga kids bukod sa day 1? I have 11, 10, 9 and 3 year olds. Thanks in advance and also what floor una pupunta pag arrive ng nationwide? Mga needed dalhin beside passport and medical referral (HAP ID)?

    @jedh_g i don't know kung unti lang yung tao that time knowing na Saturday kaya mabilis kami pero based on my observation mabilis naman sila. I'm not sure lang for the kids.     @jedh_g yup. If wala namang request, no addtl test naman. Si wife nga may problem sa UTI niya kala namin magkakaproblem at magaaditional test sya pero naclear naman. Be positive lang. God bless sa medical.:)

    @agrande mate balitaan tayo ha...nakakainip kasi wait pa namin bank loan to pay our visa fees then lodge our visa thru our agent. Dun pa lang daw pwede mabigyan ng medical referral letter. Mabigat din kasi because we are 6 in total.

    @jedh_g and kung may sakit po kau or tinatake na medication, kumuha na po kau medical certificate and past xrays para nd na kau balik balik.

    Ung sa baby ko nirequesthan ng medical certificate sa allergy. Ako, kahit sinabi kong may asthma ako, nd naman nirequesthan.

    @psalms5110 siguro sa congenital related case ko, dala din ako proof of clearance from my cardiologist (though di naman ito big deal kasi di naman ako nagpapalpitate). Sa mga bata naman, may daughter ako na may rheumatic heart case pero may doctor's clearance naman sya. Sana maging ok ang lahat...thanks sa tips!

    @jedh_g kami nagpamedical muna before kami naglodge at nagbayad ng visa fee. Nakakapggenerate naman ng HAP ID through My Health Declarations kahit hindi pa nakakapaglodge. Sinigurado muna kasi namin na ok ang medical namin before kami naglodge.

    @agrande yan din sana plan namin kaso it seemed iba ang advise samin ni migration agent. Pinauuna sa amin now ang NBI. Pagkabayad daw na VISA fee, pwede na sya mag generate ng HAP ID (medical referral letter). OK na rin naman lahat ang documents namin for submission including FORM 80. Sana ma release na bank loan namin para maka simula na ng medical ng entire family. May last payment na professional fee pa kasi kami ni agent. I think, dun na sila mag start kumilos sa lodging process until visa grant.
