Hi everyone, question lang sana for ICT guys here..

I have 5 years 8 months total experience sa nominated occupation ko (software tester), however, 4 years ang binawas sa akin. So sa ngayon, 1 year 8 months nlng ang natitira.

Question is, nakita ko sa VIC site na for ICT occupation, minimum is 3 years.. Will it be the total years of experience or the years of experience assessed by ACS?

Hope someone can clarify.. thanks!

may mga nabasa ako na ang nilagay nila ay total years of experience at wala naman naging problema. pero tanda ko nung nagpasa ako ay ang nakalagay sa application for vic ss na ang ilalagay ay kung ilan ang assessed years of experience. pero nasa iyo kung try mo makakuha ng vic sponsorship using total years of experience dahil may mga successful naman na ganun ang ginawa.

for NSW SS at DIBP, definitely yung assessed experience lang ang pwede magamit.

@se29m bro, question lang regarding sa pag lodge ng EOI for 190, although 189 route ka, baka lang alam mo..

Nag try kasi ako mag search gamit yung search box sa taas regarding sa kung ano mauuna, EOI or SS nomination? Paiba iba kasi yung sagot so d ko alam kung ano ba tlaga..

Pag EOI ang inuna, ibig sabihin nun d ko pa makukuha yung +5 points tama ba? Once na ma approve yung SS, saka ko pa lang iuupdate yung EOI?

Pag SS naman ang inuna, minsan raw hinihingi ung EOI number prior to SS approval?

Mejo naconfuse lang ako dyan..

@rich88 may ibat ibang process ang per state. Usually, kailangan mo gumawa ng eoi para makaclaim ka ng 5points. Sa nsw, wa and i think sa, you have to select their states in your eoi.. Then they will contact you and will give you an invite to apply to their state.. Sa ibang state, like vic, you have to give them your eoi number para malaman nila na nagaapply ka sa kanila, then they will start to assess your requirements then will make a decision.. Medyo confusing pa ba? Hehehe

@se29m malinaw na bro.. maraming salamat! So, during EOI application, d ko muna lalagayn ng points ang state nomination? Once approved na ng VIC, saka ko ilalagay? tama ba intindi ko?

@rich88 it will automatically add 5 points sa eoi mo if you select state sponsorship 190 sa type ng visa in your eoi

Pag nagsubmit ba ng application sa VIC, may email confirmation ba? Parang wala akong nareceive e. And pano mamonitor yung status ng application?

@gmont may marereceive ka na email from VIC na nakalagay ang application reference number mo. normally within a week marereceive. email ka rin nila ng outcome or kung may additional docs na required ipasa.

@rich88 automatic sa EOI na magbibigay ng 5 points kung 190 ang pinili mong visa. once maapprove ka ng state ay automatic din na maiinvite ka ng dibp to apply for a visa.

ito ang guidelines:
pag may minimum ka na 55 points without SS - eligible ka for visa 190
pag minimum 60 points - eligible ka for visa 190 at 189

Mga bros, mag tatanong lang..

For Victoria subclass 190, pwede isabay ang state nomination sa EOI? Kelangan na ba dito yung commitment letter? Kasi wala naman akong nabasang ganung requirement sa site nila. Kelangan na rin ba ipasa yung passport details, birth certificate, diploma and TOR?

For NSW visa subclass 190.. tama ba na lodge muna ng EOI? tapos mag eemail na lang sila if pwede ka mag apply for state nomination?

Sana may maka confirm if tama yung intindi ko.. thanks!

I've submitted my application for VIC sponsorship, however, nakalimutan kong ilagay yung educational background ko. Is there a way to edit this? pumunta kasi ako sa VIC site pero parang walang option to edit the application.

Hope someone can help me,...

Guys, may nababasa ko na you have to wait for 6 months before you can re-apply sa nomination ng Victoria but it is not true

@testing101 ang alam ko ay 6 months before you can reapply. pwede ka sigurong magpasa ng reapplication anytime pero baka ireject ka outright pag nakita na nagapply ka na less than 6 months ago. ano ba naging situation mo?

@engineer20 yun first application ko, 6.5 lang score ko sa English test. eh di ko alam na dapat pala 7.haha so rejected. nag take ako, then na reach ko naman yun 7. so ok na. nag tanong muna ko sa kanila if pwede ba ko mag re-apply kahit na reject ako last month. Yes naman sagot nila. Yun nga lang reject din after 1 month. Tapos ngayon re-assessed naman to Software Engineer. ok pa din naman magpasa. So bali in 4 months, naka 3 apply na ko.hahaha last na to. bahala si Lord. haha

Sa akin kasi ganito:

Dear XXX,
Thank you for your email. The file has now been updated with the new information.

Please quote reference number XX-XXXX-XXXXX in all your communications to us.

Ang hindi ko kasi sure if napalitan na ba nila yung educational background ko.. baka kasi hindi pa at nakasulat pa rin sa kanila na wala akong educational background.

Makaka receive po ba ako ng acknowledgement letter upon submitting VIC sponsorship. Gusto ko kasi malaman ung status ng application ko.

More than 4 days na kasi, wala pa ako na receive na email stating my reference number.

@g_whin minsan talaga mabagal sila mag reply minsan mabilis. so ang hirap sabihin eh. pero alam ko sa mga nabasa ko usually within two weeks.

More than 4 days na kasi, wala pa ako na receive na email stating my reference number.

not too sure e pero ung kilala ko 2 days after nagsubmit may nareceive na confirmation.

@g_whin email mo sila pag more than 3 weeks wala ka pang reference number.

nasa site nila na magbibigay sila ng reference within 3 weeks. Sabi rin nila sa site na wag sila contact-in within that period.

Timeline for SS acknowledgment: 0-3 weeks
Timeline for SS application processing post acknowledgment: 0-12 weeks.
