mga sir & mam. may katanungan lang po about state sponsorship sa SA. nbasa ko lng po yung tungkol sa occupation na may special requirements. like for example yung high points po, if hindi na meet yun wala po bang chance na magkaroon ng invitation from SA. paki enlighten po ako about this. salamat po.

Hi, ask ko lang kung meron ba dito na dinagdagan ng points sa eoi?? Kasi my husband claimed for 60pts, 0pts sa work kse as per ACS ang dineclare

You can only be invited if you score at least 85 points(including state sponsorship points) if your occupation is on special conditions. Kung below 85 ka and nakaspecial condition ang occupation mo, there is no chance that you will be sponsored..Wait till your occupation becomes available for nomination

@fgs we were invited na last week. We are 55+5pts special condition but we are under chain migration because of my sister in law. Will lodge our visa na dn on monday.

Hi.. our EOI is ready pero 80pts lang kasi ako including advance 5pts claim sa SA nomination though hindi pa un approved kasi close pa ang application for SA nomination. Yung EOI ba pede na ipasa or pagsabayin ko na lng sa July? Any risk ipasa yung EOI sa ngayon? Salamat po ng marami.

@se29m hi salamat po sa reply. So ibig sabihi hindi tatakbo yung EOI ko until ma approve yung SA nomination by July tama po ba? Natakot kasi ako na ma overclaim dahil wala pa yung nomination and naka declare na siya kagad sa EOI. So pwede pala hehe antagal ko na na iintay kelan pwede magpasa.

@majekoy hi, base sa experience namin, naka special condition din kmi, meron option, one is CHAIN MIGRATION (immediate family member will declare you). Husband is the primary applicant 55pts plus 5pts (ss) total of 60pts, nainvite naman kmi kahit nakaspecial condition na, because of the chain migration.

Hi guys, binabasa ko kasi ulit yung State Sponsorship draft namin sa SA and meron akong dalawang items na hindi sigurado.

1.) Financial Declaration
- May mga hihingin ba sila dito to prove it? Ang kaya lang namin ilagay sa ngayon dito is estimated, hindi pa kami totally nag cocompute ng cash on hand, assets etc. mahigpit po ba sila dito sa part na ito?

2.) Sa mga may BS. Computer Science na course, ung sa Cricos part, tama po ba na 156 weeks yung ilalagay? nag search ako sa Cricos and andami ko ng nakita na BSCS pero iba iba ng duration in weeks.

Maraming salamat po ulit.

@engineer20, sir ang inaalala ko ay yong maging 2 EOI's na ang mailodge ko. May rule ba na nagsasabing it is allowed Sir? Is it totally allowed or under certain circumstances lang. Mahirap kasi pag may doubt. Thanks sa mga replies mo Sir. God bless.

@Megger even if mainvite ka for both eois (which actually happened to me), hindi magproceed ang application mo if di mo naman i click yung apply visa. So just let it expire after 60 days..

@Megger just to share, I had 3 separate eois.
1st (189/190NSW)
2nd (190WA)
3rd (189/190VIC)

I received 189 invites at the same time for my 1st and 3rd eoi. I lodged the 1st and just let the 3rd one expired then deleted it afterwards

I read sa website ng SA na you are not allowed to amend, once na submit na yong application. The portion where they ask for the skill assessment I uploaded only the TRA assessment result, which have an AQF diploma, I did a PTA with vetasses and got AQF degree I felt I should have uploaded it. Maybe some one here have the same case, Ill just wait and see for now how it will go. God bless everyone.

- in my case wala silang hiningi to prove it. Tapos yung idedeclare mo na amount dapat masatisfy nya yung amount na nasa Financial requirement, which is depende kung ilan kayo sa visa application.

Thank you Lord ngbukas na ulit ang SA for ICT Support Engineer (High Availability as of 4PM 04/07/2016). Submitted and paid my SA Nomination Application today. Submit na din kayo guys while highly available pa most SNOL. Let's hope and pray na maka receive tayo ng ITA soon.
