    @AspireAU21 nagupload kmi ng 1221 nun una ako lang (dependent) tapos ngresearch ako according sa research ko both primary and dependent above 18yo dpt meron 1221. Kaya ngupload dn husband ko ng 1221 (primary applicant) habang wala pa CO na nakaassign.

    Ano pong form ang ififill out para mainform na closed na yung isa kong previous employer? meron po ba? gusto ko kasi pag naglodge ako ng visa, mainform na agad kasi yung contact no. na nasa COE ko hindi na working baka magtaka pag nagverify. or antayin ko na lang na tanungin ako pag nagcontact na si CO? thanks! @se29m @Cassey @facelesshero

    paano po dun sa name on passport.. same as question 1 or last name&firstname lang din?
    kasi sa passport nakalagay ang middle name.. no issue din po un?

    @Captain_A Wala kaming nilagay. Wala namang issue kasi 3rd na visa application na namin eto. Ang nilagay lang namin mula't simula yung first and last name. tsaka yung mga documents namin dito sa Au like bank cards, etc last name at first name lang talaga ang meron. :)
