Curious lang ako - ACS skills assessment does not involve IELTS requirement? Sa iba kasi, kailangan first and IELTS before they do skills assessment.

Here's what I was planning to seek authentication from a Public Notary:
Diploma
TOR
Detailed COE
Resume (Kailangan pa ba?)
What else do I need? Do I still need Course Description from the school? can't find a specific thread here for those with ACS Assessment.
Thank you

I am sure it will just be a matter of weeks before they will assign you a CO - by then, it will all be just a waiting game as you have already submitted PCC and Medicals.

--- For Statutory Declaration ---
You need to use the following document for the declaration:
http://www.ag.gov.au/Statutorydeclarations/Documents/Statutory Declaration - Word.DOC
NOTE: "Self-references from applicants in the form of statutory declarations cannot be accepted as evidence of employment. If you provide a Statutory Declaration with your application, it must be from a third party, not a self-made statement." -- from ACS
Here is a sample detail I provided.
---
I, [Name of Colleague],
of [Address of Colleague]
[Position of Colleage]
1. I am a colleage of [your name] at [your company] with office address at [company office address].
2. To the best of my knowledge, [your name] is a full-time employee of the company,
[company name], from [start of your employment] up to present.
3. His present position is of [your position].
4. He is/was part of a team that developed:
a. Product X
b. Product Y
c. Product Z
5. He was a member of a team that developed [Product X] from Apr 2008 to Mar 2010 and assumed the following roles:
a. [Role 1] - [description of role; responsibilities and tasks for the role]
e.g. Development Engineer – he was part of the team that developed and maintained drivers. His tasks included development of new features, maintenance, testing, debugging, and correcting errors found in the drivers.
b. [Role 2] - [description of role; responsibilities and tasks for the role]
…
[List ALL roles, responsibilites/tasks]
7. [Provide similar information as that of item 6 for Product Y]
8. [Provide similar information as that of item 6 for Product Z]
9. He developed software using XXX, YYY and ZZZ programming languages.
10. He utilized the following development tools: [list of development tools used in your projects].
11. Our employer [your company] does not provide its employees a detailed Employment Reference because it is against the company's policies to release such detailed certificate of employment documents and the only document they can furnish to their employees is a Certificate of Employment.
[Your colleague should sign this, of course.]
---
The important thing is that you provide the following information:
Start & Finish Dates of Employment
Description of Duties Performed
Hours worked - Full time or Part time
Country where Employment was Completed
Hope this helps. Good luck!

Kung pwede lang makahingi sa previous company of my wife a detailed COE then we would not go through the hassle of creating our own Statutory Declaration (with corresponding S$60 fee per document) - unfortunately TinaR, hindi eh. They had only issue the standard COE which just included the inclusive dates of employment and last drawn salary.
And yeah, naisip na rin namin yun na magbibigay ng draft for the HR Manager to review. Unfortunately, as indicated in the sample I gave above, I declare that I am unable to provide an employment reference letter with detailed job scope on company letter head from XXXXXX as company policy only allows HR to provide a standard Certificate of Employment. This said document does not include any mention of my specific job scope.
Swerte ka lang cguro that you never encountered any trouble with whatsoever in your dealings with HR but sadly such is not the case for this.
I think this goes to same with the rest of the people here who needed a detailed COE but had to resort to just getting a statutory declaration instead. It is not because they haven't spoken to the HR Manager and provided a draft of their COE BUT rather it is because for some reason they simply cannot be provided such document...
