    @jedh_g sa nationwide kc skin test ginawa sa kids ko, age 4 & 6 sila. After 3 days balik kame for the result. Since nagfalse positive sha because of BCg vaccine before, required sila for xray. So they had their xray right after sa pedia. After 4 days ok na medical nila. No further action required

    @Abby_ thanks it seemed I should not worry much kasi it comes sa procedure ng attending hospitals. Sure na kami sa ibang kids since ang pinababalik is only our youngest boy na 3 year old. I believe hindi naman may TB ang anak namin. X-Ray din kasi ang gagawin sa kanya ng radiologist bukas sa St. Lukes. Salamat!

    @Abby_ sa emedical nya kasi ang required lang is medical exam (physical check) & TST / IGRA. I may strongly agree na kaya sya pina pa x-ray is to fulfill complete test needed. Ok lang basta ma-clear na at wait na lang ma endorse ni St. Lukes sa DIBP this week. Salamat!

    @jedh_g ngfalse positive dn baby ko sa PPD. Ngxray sya then after 3 days cleared na sya. This is usually due to their BCG vaccine na hindi nafollow up ng tuberculin. (Most pedia doesnt do tuberculin injection after 3 months na mabgyan ng BCG, very rare lng na pedia na gmgwa nito) pero dnt worry, this is ok kht positive ksi it only means one thing, ok ang BCG nya kse their body responded to the test. Pero if sa xray my ibang nakita, like scar, that is something to be worried of.

    This info is based from my experience as pedia nurse in Medical City 7 years ago ha. :)

    @admt2016 wow sis I've learned something great today, salamat. Yeah, that explained much kaya he has to undergo this x-ray still. I highly agree na this is due of his BCG vaccine with follow up tuberculin pala dapat. Wala naman sana scar afterwards. Great info ! I'm now enlightened...

    And because of that, babalik sya bukas with her mommy sa St. Lukes. 'Di ko na muna sila masasamahan at may DOLE interview ako set na bukas din in the afternoon.

    @jedh_g one more info, if my TB tlga ang bata, dpat ang parents meron na din kse we are the primary caregivers. Ang batang my TB mas mabilis mahawaan ang matatanda. Pero ang adult na my TB hindi agad agad sila makakahawa sa bata. :) sana nakatulong ako sayo. Hehe :)

    Hi, @jedh_g Pasensiya na sa late reply. Base sa nabasa ko from WHO minsan ang TB blood test inconsistent daw at nagkakaroon ng misdiagnosis. Hopefully, maging maayos na yung medical result ng anak mo. God bless.

    @chewychewbacca to give you peace of mind, you may check NSW website and see from there objectively when ang next round ng invitation. Usually they have twice per month invitation rounds. Be positive, ikaw na sunod nyan!

    Natawagan mo na ba sila? Usually naman pag may problema, tatawagan ka nila for further tests.. Sana maayos na medicals niya at maupload na.

    @jedh_g nag health exam cya. tapos yung skin test nya medyo nag indention kaya pina xray cya... hanggang ngayon incomplete parin... I tried calling pero waiting pa daw. that second week na today. We are still waiting. wala naman sinabi na papabalikin daw cya. Hopefully mag update na to.
