Usually ba ung invites based sa points? The higher the points, irrespective of date nag lodge ng EOI will get the invite first?

Hello, may question lang po ako. I created my immi account for individual, and selected new application, kaso dun sa category ng Skilled Migration diko makita yung "Points Based Skilled migration" pero may mga iba type ng visa for skilled migration na nakalagay. I wonder, if ganito ba talaga dahil sa EOI Skillselect account ko di pa ko nakapag apply ng visa at nagbayad?

Thanks in advance. I find it difficult to navigate the immiaccount, is that because di pa nga ako nagapply ng visa at nagbayad?

@xiaolico accountants and auditors 70 points lage for the last rounds. except Sept 1 wala pang data e. Sana nainvite na lahat ng highest pointers nang mainvite nman mga 60 pointers.

Actually po. Medyo kbdo din ako s invite. So i ask my agent hows the procesa goes. So she explain. Depends on your points. The high points you have the fastest chance of being invited. Pero occupation din and second factor. If popular or ndi. Maybe im just lucky enough to get invited coz my occupation in chef. Which have less of applicant

Based naman sa experience ko at sa ibang forumers din, malaki naman ang chance na ma-approve ng NSW yung application mo as long as you have proof on your claimed points. Congrats on your NSW invite..!

@pen_sonic nilagay ko na lang sa akin. If name ko is Juan Santos Dela Cruz, nilagay ko sa form is Dela Cruz as last name, then Juan Santos as given name. Tapos sa additional details, nilagay ko na "Santos is my middle name." para malinaw kay CO.

sa mga docs sa visa lodging, ang inupload nyo ba is yung mga CTC docs na ginamit nyo sa ACS? tapos yung mga additional docs like ITR, SSS etc is pina-scan ung origical copy?

@batman yung invitation na mag apply sa state, may makukuha kang email na sa state mismo mang-gagaling. Hindi mapapalitan yung status ng EOI mo sa skillselect. Status pa rin nya is "submitted."

Once ma-approve na yung application mo for state sponsorship, makakareceive ka ng 2 emails: 1 from the state and 1 from skillselect. Magbabago na yung status ng EOI mo from "submitted" to "invited."
