hello...question po about sa FORM 80. yung mga question about sa tutuluyan mo sa Australia at ticket, pede ba i-leave as blank lang yun? o required talaga maglagay ng inof dun?

sino po ang laging online dito sa gabi like till 11pm na tapos ng mag sagot ng forms.. para in case may sagot na kami tapos may question, makakapag tanong ako at di magkamali sa sagot.. like nitong form 80 na need ng address na matuluyan sa AU at contact number. paano po kung wala pa din idea san titira.. kung dun palang pagdating maghahanap. pwede ba un address muna ng friend na pwede tuluyan ng mga 3-7 days?

Dun ba sa SSS, kelangan ba makita yung employer? o kahit yung monthly contributions lang? Kasi dun sa site ng SSS, monthly contributions lang naman nakikita.

And also po. Do i really need FBI or police clearance from the US? Im working before in a cruise ship which the company is based in the US. but i have manning agency from phils. My question is this? Im staying on board the ship not in the US. Though meron po ako us visa for seaman. Ndi nmn ako nktira tlg s us.

@pinoysg I wonder whats the help migration agents offered. mukhang pahirap lang sila hehe. They are supposed to guide the applicant.

If you have worked a year or more of the last 10 years for the same employer on a merchant ship, cruise ship, private yacht or oil rig, you should request a police clearance from the relevant authority in the country under whose flag the ship sails or country of ownership of the rig.

@J.Co if your wife is a bachelor degree holder, you just need to get a "certificate of english as medium of instruction" from the school where she graduated. Then you attched her diploma, TOR, if she is employed overseas like SG. additional docs yung COE nya, kasi once overseas requires that she has to be competent in English. You just need to proved to the CO that your wife has a competent English.

hi @pinoysg , same po kayo ng husband ko he also worked in a cruise ship for 4 yrs (9-month each contract) at dependent ko sya ngayun sa application ko ng visa... So need din pala naming kumuha ng police clearance sa UK? (flagship) kahit dependent ko sya? ohhmyyyy.... Tama din si @batman , I wonder why too.. I hope your agent can give more light to this. makikiupdate ako sa inyo.

@pinoysg Cunard po husband ko.. we searched online and pede naman din kami kumuha sa UK just in case need talaga. pero by post ang padala nila kahit online application. We have a friend who worked in a cruise ship na nasa OZ na din pero visa 457 sya (temporary visa) di naman daw sya hiningan ... pero clear nga naman dun sa quote na,

I just wonder if it applies to dependents too, but I think yes.

@J.Co Did your spouse finish college? if yes, mas madali. no need to take ielts.

you can get a "certificate of english as medium of instruction" from her university. Diploma from her university can also be used as proof of functional english.

What if I have been working on a ship?
If you have spent a cumulative total of 12 months or more in the last 10 years working for the same employer on a merchant ship, cruise ship, private yacht or oil rig, you should request a police certificate from the relevant authority in the country under whose flag the ship sails, or country of ownership of the rig.
You will also need to provide a letter or statement of good conduct from the ship’s captain or company attesting to your character. The letter should include the vessel’s name, the job you had while on the ship or rig and the start and finish dates of employment.

Tama si @batman, dapat agent mo mag guide sayo kung papano ka kukuha ng police clearance specially in your case na nasa cruise ship ka pala before.

I have a friend na yung husband (dependent) nya naka-accumulate ng 12 months stay in Japan (4 months at a given time) for the past 10 years on a business trip visa. Hiningan rin sya ng police clearance from Japan.
