  are you currently in Pinas? i went thru similar dilemma, but i am not a high earner as you are (which could be a great factor of not leaving)... what i did was list down the reasons for staying or leaving and assigned priority level to each reason...

  Sa pinas po ako nagwowork. Gusto ko lang kasi maging safe mga anak ko lalo na pag mag college sila kasi nakakatakot na po sa atin, dito po kami sa metro manila.
