    1. 4 years total experience ka, tapos 4 years rin ang ni-subtract ng ACS sayo? Total mo currently is 0 years tama ba?
    2. sa EOI mo, nilagay mo 4 years experience, pero na-tick mo ba na related? or non-related?
    3. Nung na-invite ka, wala kang points for work experience? ano yung points breakdown mo?

    Hello. I would like to share the good news. Got invited last night. Thank you Lord! You are indeed great!

    I am still in awe at how fast it was. Took my PTE yesterday at 9am, got the results at 9:40pm, updated my EOI to 75 points, then got invited at 10:15pm.

    -Yes 4 years total work experience and 2 yrs jan deducted ni ACS and 2 years jan considered as skilled work experience. So sa point system, 0 points dpt ako kasi less than 3 yrs skilled work exp.

    2. sa EOI mo, nilagay mo 4 years experience, pero na-tick mo ba na related? or non-related?
    -Sa EOI nilagay ko ung whole 4 yrs experience ko and HINDI ko ni-tick ung Related kasi nag kaka roon ako ng +5 points sa summary ng EOI kapag ginagawa kong related which is mali kasi 0 points dpt ako.

    3. Nung na-invite ka, wala kang points for work experience? ano yung points breakdown mo?
    -Zero points nmn ako sa work experience. ( I did not claim any points).

    Ang mali ko kasi is hindi ako aware nung nag lodge ako na pwd pala iseparate into 2 work experience ung 4 yrs ko para may isang nka related at isang non-related.

    Parang ang dating po is I underclaim of my work experience. Is that ok po?

    Any advise po if I should continue to Apply visa or wait for my EOI to expire?

    @sethkgx bro, 1 company lang tong 4 years mo no? if that's the case.. mukhang ok lang naman? Hiwalayin mo man or hinde, hindi ka rin tlaga aabot sa 3 years experience na threshold to get 5 points. Ang importante is hindi ka nag over-claim.

    Hindi ko lang sure if magtataka pa yung CO sa ganyan.. pero most probably hindi naman sya grounds for refusal.

    If balak mo syang ituloy talaga, I suggest na be consistent na lang. Sa immiaccount kasi, need mo nanaman i-lagay ang work history mo. Since sa EOI mo nilagay mo lahat as non-related, dapat yun din ang ilagay mo sa immi account form.

    Wait pa tayo ng ibang inputs dito.. pero kung ako yung nasa katayuan mo, itutuloy ko yung invite. Ano nga pla course mo bro?

    @sethkgx, correct me if im wrong.. ito yung pagkakaintindi ko sa sitwasyon mo:

    Total Work Exp - 4 years

    2 years - related
    2 years - non related

    Kung 2 years yung related, 0 points yan.

    So kung ang nalagay mong "related" work experience sa EOI mo ay 4 years, meaning nag-overclaim ka. Pag overclaim, pwedeng ground for refusal yan.

    Unless, mali pagkakaintindi ko..

    @bourne hindi raw nya ti-nick na "related" kaya hindi raw sya nagka 5 points. Parang nag underclaim pa nga sya dahil dapat 2 years na yung work exp nya pero nilagay nya lahat as not related.

    Sa pagkakaintindi ko, ang ginawa nya:

    Company A - Position XYZ - 4 years - non-related

    Ang hindi ko lang ma-gets.. pwede pala sa EOI na hindi naka-tick na "related" or non-related?" alam ko drop down button yan, so mamimili ka talaga AFAIK.

    @sethkgx mas ok bro kung i-share mo yung points breakdown mo para mas ok.. inaassume ko na same situation tayo na:

    Age: 30
    Education: 15
    English : 20
    Work Exp: 0

    Total : 65

    And yes I did not overclaim points with my work experience.
    Tama nmn po pag kaka intindi nyo sa sitwasyon ko and tama rin pala na hindi checkbox ung related/not-related question. Dropdown pala sya (Nkalimutan ko lang)

    By the way, ung work experience ko is from 2 companies. (3 yrs sa una, 1 year up to date sa current).

    Pero eto ung breakdown sa EOI ko which is correct nmn-

    Age: 30
    Education: 15
    English : 20
    Work Exp: 0

    Total : 65

    I keep on doing research if Ok lang ba sya na ipag patuloy ung pag Apply Visa despite the "sligh inaccuracy" sa EOI ko.

    So far ang nababasa ko is, as long as you did not overclaim points safe nmn daw to continue and as per your advise n rin @rich88 I think I'll push through with my application.

    @sethkgx good luck bro.. final na yung EOI. hindi mo na sya pwedeng i-edit after mo maka receive ng invite. Basta consistent yung claims mo sa EOI at at yung mga sagot mo sa immi account, saka may proof naman lahat ng points claims, I guess wala naman magiging problem.

    Sa EOI ko saka ACS assessment walang middle name.. Pero sabi naman nila eh hindi naman big issue yung middle name. So ang ginawa ko, sa form 80, form 1221, form 1193, medicals, saka sa immi account, nilagay ko na yung middle name ko sa given name para consistent sa passport.
