Second Hand Furnitures

I was quite shock with how renting is here. Lahat ng pununtahan nman properties are unfurnished which sabe is the norm.

Now if ganun talaga then kelangan ko talaga magprovide. Question, we are just starting up as in nagjob hunt pa si hubby so wecant spend a fortune for appliance and furnitures. is there a place for second hand shop where bagsak presyo talaga or free kung meron haha. i can see na meron mga nagtatapon ng mukhang usable pa, problem is wala pa kame car. Hubby needs to take refresher course before magdrive. So problem din ang pagtransport ng gamit.

Youradvice would be greatly appreciated.

San state ka? Weird kasi most of the sites na nakikita ko is fully furnished mga units like sa domain.com.au or realestate.com.au. Sa Melbourne location ako nagchecheck.

Onga po...gumtree.com.au rin pala ok dun...Depende sa mahahanap niyong lugar kasi, merong fully furnished at merong bare talaga at kayo magpprovide ng mga kagamitan

Normal ang unfurnish rental property.

One time may blaka kami na rent. Nag pa inspection yung agent kahit may nakatira pa.
Nakausap ko yung nakatira, at nasabi sakin na hindi na nila kailangna yung ibang furniture at kung may gusto kami, iiwa n na lang nila.

Sinabi ko sa agent na iiwan nung current na nakatira yung cabinet/furnitures nila since hindi na nila kailangan.

Ayaw pumayag ng agent. Either kunin ko na daw bago umalis yung nakatira at ibalik ko ulit dun sa property pag lilipat na kami.

Kasi hindi daw pwede iwanan nung current na nag rerent mga furnitures at items. Dapat malinis at ibalik sa dating condition yung place.

Hanap ka ng shared accomdoation para furnish na nung current na nag rerent yung property hehehe..

Pwede karin mamili dyan ng pasalubogn sa pinas kung hindi naman maselan yung papasalubungan mo.

May nabibili kami dyan minsan na branded at maayos pa.

minsan sa gumtree.com.au me nagpo-post ng furnitures or appliances for free (just to dispose them) kaya lang you have to pick it up at kelangan ng malaking sasakyan or kung me kilala ka na me ute or nagpaparent

@easy2grip problema pang hakot ng furniture. kung mag rent ka ng ute or van, will cost around 55/hr cguro.

Sa Melbourne po ako...sa burwood ako napadpad..Syempre meju mababa ang budgee namin kase starting pa lang so afford namin is unfurnished ;-)...
