    question lang po.. nacontact na po ako ng CO today.. naglodge po ako last june 30. Im currently residing in singapore ang question ko po is with regards to CoC here in sg. Nakita ko po sa requirements ng pagkuha ng CoC is:

    Photocopy of document from relevant consulate/immigration authority/government bodies to establish that the certificate is required by such authority.

    Irerequest po ba ito sa case officer or eto yung attached document 'Request for information - Detailed Information' sent by the CO? If eto po yung naka-attach na document, pano po ba yung sa defacto? kasi name ko lang po yung nakalagay sa document.

    yung sa akin kasi (this is before skillselect) may separate attachment na specifically for Singapore COC request nung first time na nagsend ng email sa akin ang CO. parang "XXXXXXXXXX Singapore COC.pdf" ang filename. tapos sa document na to, nakalist both yung names namin ng wife ko. i guess you can just ask your CO for this document para makapag-request kayo ng COC dito sa SG. mabait naman sila at nagrereply kaagad. based on my experience nagrereply sila the following day.

    konting tiis na lang...malapit na visa grant! :)

    @Metaform Nagsend sa kin yung GSM Support Officer ng list with the Health Request ID 4 days after lodging. So far, wala namang nagkaproblema sa medicals, wala pang 10am tapos na ko, then pinabalik ako after lunch for the X-ray result, wala namang finding. I uupload daw nila within 10 days at tatawag sila kung may additional tests (siguro kung may finding yung HIV test). Hanggang ngayon, di pa naman sila tumatawag pero di ko rin nakikita na may na upload na results sa site.

    @LittleBoyBlue - once you have a CO, you can probably ask them to send to you a letter of request to the SG Police... :)

    Hi guys, pahingi naman ng opinyon. While filling out form 80, question 45(places where you lived in the last 10 years), I remembered nung application ko for my visa may question dun na Previous Countries of Residence. Nag answer ako ng 'no' kasi less than 6 mos. lang naman ako nagstay sa ibang country for training at hindi naman resident visa gamit ko nun. Yung worry ko, kasi ilalagay lahat ng travels dun sa question 45, so baka maging inconsistent dun sa answer ko. Magiging big deal kaya ito sa kanila?

    Hi guys, pahingi naman ng opinyon. While filling out form 80, question 45(places where you lived in the last 10 years), I remembered nung application ko for my visa may question dun na Previous Countries of Residence. Nag answer ako ng 'no' kasi less than 6 mos. lang naman ako nagstay sa ibang country for training at hindi naman resident visa gamit ko nun. Yung worry ko, kasi ilalagay lahat ng travels dun sa question 45, so baka maging inconsistent dun sa answer ko. Magiging big deal kaya ito sa kanila?
    I don't think so... Short term travel (whether for work or pleasure) does not constitute previous countries of residence...

    put it this way, if you need PCC for that particular country, that would constitute residence I guess...

    if in doubt, consult your friendly CO...
