Tanong nmn sa pag fillup nyo ng FORM 80 and 1221.

Ok lang ba na fill up ko sya online and NOT handwritten ung pagsagot?
Bale pag mag submit n ako ng docs, ipprint ko na lang ung last page for both forms to write my signature

So ang mangyayare:
Attached form 80 and 1221.pdf (full copy of both forms but last page has no signature)
+ last page nung both forms.pdf (with my signature)

Ok lang ba to?

no po sagot. Yes lng yan if nag pa medical ka noon for another visa application.

regarding sa medical na question, if nagpa medical ka at nag clear na before lodging your visa, then yes. If gusto mo muna CO contact bago ka magpa medical, then no.

Parang mag kasalungat po ung sinabi nila..

Ano ung tamang sagot kapag mag papa sched ng Medical bago mag lodge ng visa application?

@sethkgx kung magpapamedical ka muna bago maglodge kailangan YES sagot mo dyan kaso hahanapin details ng medical mo. kaya for the meantime para matapos mo muna fill up yang form for visa application, NO muna isagot mo tapos edit mo na lang after ng medicals mo at bago ka magproceed sa payment.

hi @engineer20 kaso lumipat n kc ako ng company after that pero never naman ako na nabakante and the same parin ang gngawa ko. Ano kaya pwde ko gawin? Nabasa ko kc di cla nag aappeal e pwera lang kng error tlga nila pero pwde mag apply ulet using the same EOI. Kaso ang tanong ko kc pwde ko ba isama ung company now? although di sya naisama sa assessment kc feb 2014 pa un? tsaka ung sa ICT naman sa TRA di nmn sya 70 pts e sabi kc sa link na binigay that is only for ICT assess by ACS.

@sethkgx basta tapos ka na mag fill up ng my health declaration at may HAP ID ka na, ilagay mo na as "YES" at ilagay mo HAP ID mo. Hindi mo naman isusubmit yan unless tapos ka na sa medical at cleared ka na. I assume gusto mo submit na agad lahat ng requirements before payment. Pwede naman i-save lang ang application while waiting for medical result.

Hi Po, medyo OT ang question ko. Nag gawa ako ng EOI ko while waiting sa second take ko ng PTE. Nag try ako mag tick ng 190 and filled out everything based on what I currently have. Yung last part sabi I can proceed daw tapos 55 points. Yung plus points manggagaling sa state nomination pag na pili ka nila? Would they consider 55 points? Magiging sakto na ko sa 60 pts pag nabigyan ako ng plus 5 pts. Plano ko kasi mag gawa ng seperate na 189 pag ok na pte ko pero while waiting nag 190 na muna ko. Dunno if this move is okay lang ba? Thanks sa inputs.

@markusandlucas pwede ba makahingi ng sample ng stat declaration na ginawa mo? Meron na akong draft but I'm not confident sa mga wordings, baka makulangan si CO at di ko ma-convince

@jbla pwede naman gawa ka nlng separate EOI pag ok na yung PTE mo. Pwede mo rin i-update na lang yung existing EOI mo.

Sa 190 naman, dapat may target state ka na. Kasi hindi nila masyado pinipili yung applicants pag "any" ang nakalagay sa preferred state.

IMHO, mejo matatagalan ang pag invite pag 55+5 lalo na sa ICT professions. Mas ok if makuha mo na desired scores mo sa PTE ASAP para mas mapadali.

not sure kung sa TRA para maisama yung employment experience mo after assessment ay to get reassessed again. dun naman sa SA SS try mo to contact them through email to clear your question re: ICT occupation

@batman hello po, ako din inaabangan ko kayo ni @pink. Congrats palasa kanya. Naka-receive na ako ng invitation sa wakas nung Sept 30 for visa 190! Anyway, dito na talaga ako naniniwala na God has perfect timing kasi I was so busy reviewing for IELTs and the time na magbabayad na sana ako for my exam, na-delay delay yung cheke ko for a lot of reasons.

Just keep on praying and reviewing for your PTE...may perfect timing lahat yan.

@jbla I agree with @rich88 , medyo similar tayo ng case, I submitted my EOI (subclass 190) with 60 points. As far as I know, 55points yung minimum ko then when I submitted my EOI, naging 60 points sya. What I'm currently planning is to re-take PTE to meet 79 points in order to have 65points. Pro-rata kasi yung occupation ng IT, if 60 ka medyo matagal bago mainvite.

Question po sa Immi.. yung ginawa po kasi namin, from ITA email,click ung Apply Visa. then nagproceed sya sa Immi account para magcreate ng id. Tapos sa Immi page, niclick namin yung "New Application", cguro mga 10-15 pages ata ung to complete ung buong entry. kaso umabot na kami sa dulo wala pang medical referral. so nag browse ulit kami sa DIBP site. meron dun na pag gsto daw mag medical muna bago lodge ng visa, from ITA email click ung apply visa then proceed sa pagcreate ng immi account. Tapos "New Application" tapos may "Health" na link dun.. sguro nasa mga 4-5 pages lang ata ung sasagutan dun. ung po ba dapat una namin nagawa? or tamang dalawang entry sya...para kasing sa mga questions ng pang health same sa mga nasagutan namin sa unang entry. though nacut sya agad.. mas less ang details nito.or dapat delete namin unang entry, (yung umabot na sa last part ng page pero wala pa din referral na nagenerate kasi hindi na click ung "health"??)

No po sinagot ko. though gsto ko sana pag nakasettle down kami if ever (ex. 2-3 yrs), ipamigrate na din ang mom/siblings ko. no muna for now po no? kasi di naman din makakasama. at saka may isa na ako dependent na kasama (defacto)

*Immi question:
Education history- Highest recognised qualification obtained? dito po ba, ung course dito sa pinas (BSCS) or ung equivalent ng ACS (AQF Diploma) ang ilalagay. sa dependent po ito part. at ganito din po ba sa main applicant which is initially naka BS ECE sya.

*Employment History -- sa Immi pa din po ito.
from start to current work po ito noh? regardless if kasama or hindi sa nacredit ng ACS??
--- paano din po link dito ung ACS result ng dependent. kasi sa de facto, naka link na sya nung nagcreate palang ng account sa Immi

* Yung English po pala, nag take po ung dependent ng PTE pero di maganda score. plan ko sana na di na po isama at palitan ng CEMI na lang..para safe. pag may ganito po kami nareceive na email sa PTE, napass po ba ito sa DIBP kahit na di naman po kami nag request na isubmit?? pwede po ba CEMI na lang? or may chance na malaman ng DIBP na nag take si dependent ng pte pero sagot nya "NO".

@MayoMay re english test for sure upon registration meron ka na tick na yes dun kaya automatic na nag send sa DIBP. 4.5 lng overall score ang need for partner english qualification. Ano score nakuha ng partner mo? And as long na meron kang CEMI na mabigay i think should be okay.

thanks po!! bali ako ung mababa.. muntik na mag competent kaso kinapos ng 3 pts ung isang test (at least 50pts each). kaya vocational lang po nakuha ko.. sabi naman kahit functional pwede sa dependent. so cguro hayaan ko na po ung pte na nasend sa DIBP noh, wala na ko magagawa dun. unless magtake ako bago exam. idagdag ko na lang sguro ung CEMI ko para di naman mukhang kawawa ang PTE score ko... medyo nenerbyos ako sa exam yan tuloy halos sumemplang ang score k...nakahiyang lang tlga na ipass..kaya medyo hesitant ako kaso pag nalaman naman na di ako nag sabi na nagtake ako ng exam baka lalo magkaprob. thanks sa reply nyo po..
