@Rinoa walang definite timeline sa grant kahit na mag frontload. It can range from 5 days to 30 days, or more.

Minsan yung CO may na-ooverlook rin na documents. Like for example, na-upload mo na yung TOR mo pero kokontakin ka nila to ask you to re-upload again. COs are very subjective. Walang definite formula for a direct grant.

@rich88 thanks so much po. @StarJhan ask ko lang po kung same po tyo ng condition, kelangan din po ba magpamedical ang immediate family.members ko kahit non-migrating sila? Tsaka ano po ang valid document para sa character assessment nila? Police clearance from our municipality ok n po ba yun or NBI clearance pa? Thank you po.

@nadolrac ang alam ko for married applicant, oo need din mag pa medical ng immediate family member kahit non migrating. But you can double check with others.

And yes, NBI is required. Must reflect "visa to australia" dun sa nbi cert

@Rinoa minsan, depende talaga kung saang CO team mapupunta yung application mo. Pero usually nakikita ko nmn within 30 days meron na initial CO contact.

@nadolrac you and your partner must go and get medical clearance then. Yung immediate family mo will be your parents and siblings (wala ako idea pero i think hindi mo sila need kunan ng medical if hindi kasama sa application)

Yung non migrating family member is not required to provide NBI clearance. Only those included in the application ang need mag produce ng nbi clearance.

Sa pag upload ng documents lets say under Spouse de facto evidence nag upload ako ng marriage cert, kailangan ko pa rin ba iupload ulit ung marriage certificate as part of change of name evidence naman? and if dependent ko si hubby mag aupload pa ulit siya ng marriage certificate or once is enough.

Ako dami pang kulang. Currently preparing my docs for the visa application pa. Still pending evidences of de facto relationship, partner's CEMI, our Medical Exams and COC from SG for me and my partner kasi we used to work there 2yrs ago. Wait pa namin approval ng eAppeal. Hoping to receive it soon. I'm planning to frontload all docs once complete para prepared na lahat before CO allocation. Hopefully it'll work out.
