follow up question pala: if ever ma grant visa ano po ba pinapadala?may card po ba yun or need idikit sa passport?ksi kng nka pag lodge na, den ng renew ng passport at mata-on na mas nauna ang grant kaysa arrival ng new passport papano po yun?or if ever na ma grant den next yr december ma expire yung passport papano po i-inform yung DIBP??thank you po!

Okay, Maraming salamat sa info! Booked PTE for the second time. Hindi ko nalang gagalawin yung 190 EOI ko, update ko nalng sya pag nakapasa ko ng PTE tsaka file ng new EO1 for 189 God willing. Okay lang ba mag gawa ng dalawang EOI? yung mga 55+5 ba as in no chance ever kahit mga 1 year waiting ganun? Or suntok sa bwan talaga based sa historical data?

@jbla walang limit sa dami ng EOI. There was a point where I had 4 EOIs hehe.. inapplyan ko na ata lahat ng state lol.

May chance naman siguro kahit 55+5 pero hindi rin talaga sure if ilang buwan ang aabutin. This year, wala pa akong nakikitang na-invite or nag lodge ng visa na 55+5 for 190 unless family sponsored/chain migration pathway.

Question lang bro.. nag tataka lang ako sa ACS result mo. AQF bachelor ang assessment sayo pero 8 years ang dineduct sa experience mo? Parang sobrang sakit naman ata boss..

Oo nga, kaya napilitan akong mag pa submitt ng review sa ACS kasi nga ganun ang result. Nag bayad ako ng another payment for review saka lumabas yung 7.6 years positive result na 8 years na ngayon. Kaya kahit wala akong Language proficiency score abot parin sa 55+5. Medyo painful na sa bulsa :-(

Hi @louietheresa, I dont think magiging issue ang bronchial asthma. Kung recurring condition sya at may maintenance medicine or nagkaron ng major operation (CS not included) or prolonged medical treatments, need nyo lang magprovide ng computerized medical certificate coming from your specialist doctor at ipapasa nyo sya kung saan kayo mag-undergo ng health check. No need to worry. Ang nagiging health concern lang ay yung contageous diseases.

Hi @engineer20 nag email n ako S SA at sabi nila need ko lng daw may apply ulet at kailangan ma i attach ung current certificate of employment sabi nila sakin di n raw kailangan mag pa assess. Kaso ang problem ko naman diba ung EOI iuupdate rin kc dapat magkapreho and SS info at ang EOI mo kso ang iniisip ko pag dinagdag ko ung current work ko now sa EOI tataas ang pts ko. THen baka mag over claim ako ng pts? kc ung TRA assessment ko is ung previous job ko lang ang naisama. Hays complicated tlga.. Any advise po sa kapareho ng situation ko?

Hi @jigs88, walang ididikit na visa sa passport kasi nasa system na ng DIBP yung passport details natin.

Kung nagparenew ng passport after ng visa grant. upload lang ng form 929 sa immiaccount at dalhin mo rin yung lumang passport mo for verification kapag nag big move.

@jbla Ano ba course nyo? Kasi mukang section 1 or 2 naman yung school nya dahil naka kuha kayo ng bachelor degree na assessment. Nakakapagtaka at nakakagulat lang na 8 years ang binawas nila sa experience nyo..

@jowin14 brad, tingin ko kelangan mo magpa-reassess para ma-credit yung work experience mo sa new job mo from 2014 to present.

Ang intindi ko kasi is yung assessment mo hanggng 2014 lang tapos lumipat ka ng company tama ba? Pag ganun kasi, kelangan ng proof na legit at related sa nominated occupation mo yung work experience mo from 2014 to present and the only way to proove that is to have it assessed by TRA. Need mo kumuha ng COE ulit from your new company kung san ka nagwork from 2014 till present date.

Hindi ka pwede mag claim ng work experience pag hindi assessed ng TRA. Mag ooverclaim ka tlaga nyan.

Tama si @rj22. Dun sa grant notice meron pong tinatawag na "Must Make First Entry to Australia Before" date which is based on NBI Clearance application date or Medical Health Check clearance date whichever is earlier. Hindi ko alam kung lagi bang +1 year kasi parang may nabasa ako dati na +6 months lang. For my case since ayaw kong mangarag sa big move, ni timing ko na lang kailan ako nagpamedical at health check. Need din iconsider kung eventually mag apply ng Citizenship kasi pagkakaintindi ko required na total of 4 years ka nagstay sa Aus bago ka igrant.

Yun namang "Must Not Arrive After" ibig sabihin lang kung hanggang kailan valid yung visa. 5 years from the grant date ang validity nya.

@jowin14 Hindi advisable na mag submit ka na ng SS sa SA habang ongoing ang TRA assessment. Dapat pag magsubmit ka ng SS, ok na lahat ng claims mo. Baka magkaissue ka pa once i-review ng CO yung visa application mo futher down the road.

Assessment date should not be later than the date of invite. Grounds for visa refusal yan as far as I know.

Hindi rin ako sure sa patakaran ng SA, pero once na ma-approve ng SA ang application mo tapos hindi pa tapos lumalabas ang TRA assessment, baka dun magkaproblema kasi yung EOI mo automatic mag che-change from "Submitted" to "Invited."

Ang key lang is dapat yung assessment date is not later than the date of invite. Playing safe lang ako kasi hindi biro yung halaga ng visa application fee..

Still pending evidences of de facto relationship, partner's CEMI, our Medical Exams and COC from SG for me and my partner kasi we used to work there 2yrs ago. Wait pa namin approval ng eAppeal. @periwinkle I feel you sa defacto evidences!!! sobrang hirap pala.. most our photos ay nasa FB. now torn ako if ipapaprint ko pa, gawan ng parang scrapbook or collage or basta ung sama sama para pag scan isang pasada na. or just screenshot ung mga fb post para may date ng inupload sya at sino sino mga nakatag sa photos. ang hirap. kaya paisa isa muna ggwin namin. mag papa medical muna kami sa monday. tapos ok na naman nbi. the rest ng docs ok na naman.. so ung statutory/affidavit na lang at mga evidences.. though evidence sya nung mag gf/bf kami. not sure paano maproof na defacto ung photos.. aside sa joint account na wala pa masyado laman.?? may iba pa ba pwede?

@jowin14 my 2 cents.. kung related naman talaga sa nominated occupation mo yung work mo after your skill assessment with TRA, ok lang na iclaim mo ito sa EOI mo without having it assessed by TRA. may mga cases ng skill assessment with other bodies like EA or VETASSESS na di pinaassess yung employments but were able to claim and approved by DIBP.

btw, pwede malaman kung ano NOC mo?
