@MayoMay Yung sa akin, kinuha ko lang sa FB lahat, tapos screenshot, tapos paste sa MS Word. Bawat photo may caption, date, at ano yung story/background behind that photo.

Ito yung mga inupload ko as evidences:
1. marriage license (engaged na kami at ikakasal na)
2. FB photos since naging kami (Gumawa ako ng compilation lang gamit MS word. Nothing fancy)
3. Lease agreement sa tinitirahan naming apartment
4. joint account statements dito sa SG at sa Pinas.
5. joint loan approval nung nag loan kami para sa condo sa Pinas.
6. Title ng condo na nakapangalan sa amin.
7. FB photos ng event group na ginawa namin for our wedding.
8. Letters na naka-address sa bahay namin to proove na same kami ng billing address.

By the way, i am still puzzled if need pa ng mga non-migrating family members ko like my 2 brothers and my father to have their medical.Napansin ko nalang na doon po sa immiaccount ko meron po ang names nila asking for character and health assessment though hindi pa po na-assign sa CO ang application ko.

@nadolrac dineclare mo ba sila as "dependent but non-migrating" (father and 2 brothers)? if hindi, not required na yung NBI clearance at medical. May mga kapatid rin ako na dineclare ko sa Form 80 rin at d naman sila nirequire ng NBI at medical.

@rich88 bale kc ang SS is 6-7 weeks ang TRA Assessment is 60 working days. Pwde lang daw i expedite ang assessment if can provide a letter from the Department of Immigration and Border Protection and/or a State/Territory authority responsible for State Migration sponsorship confirming:

approval of a ‘nominated position’,
that the applicant is the nominee for that position, and
the expiry date for that offer.

@engineer20 uu related naman tlga Customer support parin ang current ko now e. Iniisip ko kc kng intayin ko pa ung TRA assessment ko na bago mag sarado na ang SS. Kc ung Dati ko naman na TRA assessment is valid p naman till next year. So bale kapag sa visa application ang balak ko i upload ko nlng ung bagong assessment containing the current work ko.. Ano po yung NOC?

@jowin14 Ahh.. mejo dikit sila in terms of result outcome. Medyo risky nga.. D ko rin alam gagawin in your positiion. Baka pwede rin talaga yung sinasabi ni @engineer20 na hindi na need pa-assess. Better ask other forumers here na nagpa assess sa TRA to give you more clarity.

May mga nababasa kasi ako na nirereject yung visa application pag yung assessment date is later than the invite din. Ingat na lang din dun sir.

@sethkgx pg e click mo yung 'view health assessment' may lalabas na mga questions regarding history, tick mo lng 'yes or no' den prang submit ata taps lalabas na ung referral id & hap id..dun mo mkikita kng ano mga test na kukunin sayo..print & dalhin mo yun sa clinic..

@mojacko ah ganun pala..kala ko same ng ibang visa (like US or Japan) na ididikit sa passport..okies d pala problema tlga..thank you po..

yung COE po ba from current employer, pwede na po ba yung pinasa sa assessment?last may pa po ksi yun, baka mg hingi ng latest ang CO, den if ever hihingi uli ako bka mg duda si employer..hehe

Update ko lang po. CO contacted requesting for SG COC and Health. Tomorrow is our fingerprinting and collection for SG COC tapos health on Saturday (hindi ko kasi alam na pwede na pala magpa medical bago pa maglodge hehe). Sana maging okay po ang lahat

@MayoMay as in grabe nga ang proof of de facto. minsan naiisip nlng naming wat if magpakasal nlng hahaha! na reject pa yung eAppeal for Singapore COC ng partner ko yesterday huhu. yung akin lng naaprove so need pa talaga namin wait yung CO referral letter na may name nya kasi yun yung nirequire ng officer sa email.

sa evidences ng de facto, I also included yung plane tickets namin and hotel accommodations for our trips together. tapos meron din yung sa correspondence to prove na same kami ng address so yung utility bills, credit card bills, etc. i think aside sa photos importante din talaga ma establish na living together kayo through evidences that prove na same kayo ng address. sa bank cert naman, I also included yung transaction history para makita dun na every month may deduction for the checks na binabayad namin for the unit na tinitirhan namin.

di ko pa na collate yung photos namin actually hehe..pero plan ko parang scrapbook. maybe kuha ako some from fb para may dates and some sa photos lng talaga and indicate sa caption yung date, place, occasion and if may kasama kami, names nila. Mas maigi din if sa mga photos with family or friends, kasali din dun yug nagbigay ng stat declaration. in our case 1 from my mom and 1 sa dad ng partner ko, 1 from both our sisters and 2 from our friends. good luck satin. hopefully ma gather natin sufficient evidence ng de facto relationship.

@rich88 Pero kc ung current TRA assessment ko naman is valid pa till next year. So ang iniisip ko is pag apply ng visa iuupload k nlng ung 2nd assessment as an additional document pwede kaya un? Nung time kc n nag pa assess ako sa TRA bigla nag close ung job code at ngaun lang sya nag open imagine since 2014 kaya ang worry ko tlga baka mamaya ganun n nmn ang mangyari after ko mag paassess e close n nmn ang mga state.. Ang mahal pa namn ng Assessment sa TRA.. sakit sa ulo.

@jowin14 Hindi ko po sure sa TRA. ACS kasi assessing body ko. Pag ACS kasi kada lipat ng company kelangan ipa-reassess para macredit yung work experience ng new job kahit na valid pa yung previous assessment sa pagkakaalam ko.

'Nagkaproblem kasi sa pangalan ng company ko sa Pinas, Nag bigay pa ko ng proof of letter na ung pangalan ng company is yung Ginamit kong Letter head logo. Sa SEC Registration kasi sa Pinas iba yung name, business unit yung name. So nung nag pa review ako sa ACS I submitted the docx needed sabay question baket ang daming years na alis eh yung JD's naman is pasok na pasok sa job code ko. Ayun after a week I got the 7.5 years relevant experience na, as of now 8 years caculated na.

@jbla ahh.. 4 years rin ba binawas sayo ni ACS? So total na pwede mong ma-claim is 15 points? Mataas na yun boss.. So ang points breakdown mo pala is:

Age = 25
Educ = 15
Work = 15
English = 0

Total = 55?

If that's the case, mapasa mo lang yung PTE e 65 na.. pwedeng pwede na yun for 189. I suggest retake nyo na lang yung PTE. Kaya mo yan bro.

ano po ibig sabhian nyan? kasi what if solo muna kayo nag file ng PR at solo magmigrate. then eventually after a year or two, pwede na isama ang parents pero separate visa na? ibang apply like sponsorship visa ba yun ganun? iyon po pwede? or mali. kung solo kami now, tapos gsto isama parents next year, dapat sa umpisa palang na-tag na ung parents as dependent-non migrating? para magchange na un to dependent migrating tapos hingan ng requirements?

Yan nga yung point breakdown ko. Hindi tayo pinag pala ng kagalingan sa English. LOL But, yeah, I am retaking my PTE. Naka book na ko two weeks from now. Sana sipagin mag practice. Nakaka demotivate din yung bumagsak.
