@engineer20 : Hi! Sorry it took me a while to update you guys..

Last september (first week) we received a message from our case officer that with or without the pending documents they will assess our case by late Sept. Fortunately we were able to submit the pending documents.

We are still waiting for their update until now. Hopefully, grant na next. 🙂

Hi everyone!

We are still waiting for the decision and wondering if a phone call (status update) would do any help...

It took us this long since we requested for an extension because of the delay in the release of our pcc. We were able to complete the requirements early september. They told us that they will review our case late sept.

We are afraid to make a follow up call because it might jeopardize our application... What do you think guys? We dont want to be pushy din naman but of course very eager to know the result din..

Any suggestion? What are the implications if tatawag kami? Is it normal to call to ask for the status update?

We just want to move forward...Sana sana sana...

@Nolwe i have a question, wala naman kaso noh if sa other visa ang given name is given name+middle name? I mean wala naman siguro kinalaman ang us visa sa lahat ng assessments at forms being filled out for the au application?

@se29m is the immi account different from the skillselect? Dapat ba gumawa ng both now while filling out the skillselect or after i lodge my EOI?

@mergetwo magkaiba ang skillselect at immiaccount. to submit an EOI you need a skillselect account. to apply for a visa (after you received and ITA) you will need an immiaccount.

Hi everyone.

Sorry for writing again. Nakakaftustate lang kasi ang mga nangyayari sa application namin ng family ko.

We got an email today from our case officer requesting for SG PCC, which nakapagattach na kami sa immi account na our application has been denied. May letter by post mismo kami na natanggap na hindi qualified yung husband ko to apply since he did not reside in singapore for at least 6 months. Which is true since employed lang ang husband ko by a singaporean company but he was not given a work permit since he was assigned on a boat (oil&gas exploration).

Singapore Police Clearance

Nakakgulo lang kasi last May we received an email from another case officer confirming that we dont need to provide PCC from SG since my husbnd did not reside there. Nakakagulat lang ngayon nanghihingi ang case officer ng pcc from SG. We can submit an appeal letter daw to SG police and knly then they can issue a waiver.

We called SG criminal investigation today and they told us for non citizen eho would like to "appeal", it can only be done online (online na sila lahat ngayon and no walk-ins are allowed). Sa website hinahanapan ka ng FIN / NRIC para makapagappeal which obviously we dont have. 🙁 so pano na?

2) Hong Kong Police Clearance

Same scenario, theyre requesting for this but since March weve been sending an email to them to send a request letter from their department for us to apply for police clearance in hong kong. Pero wala kaming natanggap. Sinasabi lang nila na kelangan naming kumuha pero walang attachment ng request letter which sa website e requirement yun. My husband was agian employed by a hongkong based company but then my husband did not work/reside in hong kong, no work permit was issued since he was working on a boat for oil and gas exploration.

Naguluhan kasi kami kasi they sent an email last May stating that my husband should just get PCC from the country of the boats (where the boat is registered) where he was assigned. So with that, di na namin tinuloy yung sa HOng Kong since my husband did not reside there after all. We secured pcc from other countries kung san registered yung boat ng husband ko. It took us 3 months para masecure yunga mga yun.

And then this email an ang sinasabi may pending pa daw kami which originally sinabi nila na di na keLangan at iba na countries na kelangan namin pagkunan ng police clearance. 🙁(

Im so sorry for sending this long message and thank you for taking the time in reading my sentiments.

I just dont know what to do kasi mukang kelangan nila talaga na mag appeal kami ulit despite the refusal we got from SG. We asked the case officer kung pano kami magappeal if ang requirement is a FIN for online application, wala pang reply kasi over the phone wala silang alam na way, sabi lang you really should have a FIN to appeal.

May mga cases ba talaga na iba ang requirement ng ibang case officers that sometimes they contradict each other?

We will call again tomorrow kaso yung number na meron kami hindi makaconnect, nagriring and sinasagot pero parang hindi naman kami naririnig. Im wondering if down ang lines nila talaga.

@Kale_2016 😐 nakaka frustrate nga ang case ninyo. But i think its best na makausap mo ang CO mo and clarify all your mentioned situation. Baka nga nag contradict lng kasi multiple CO na ang humawak ng application ninyo.

@StarJhan Thank you so much for your reply..,oo nga e, we will try to contact our CO, pero pwede ba makausap ang case officer over phone? Last time kasi na tumawag kami around April, parang operator lang ang sumagot and ni-list down lang nya ang mga guato namin sabihin. Would you know the number or direct line to contact them?
