@pinoycoder bro matagal talaga sila magbigay ng acknowledgment. Yung sa akn nareceive ko 3 weeks after ko mag send ng application.

Wag ka mag alala, yung 12 weeks na processing time nyan magsa-start kung kelan ka nag submit.

Ako 2weeks after magsend ng acknowledgement may result na...last time nung january inabot ng 4weeks lang may rejection na hahaha

@ynnozki swerte mo kasi mag result ka na at positive result mo.. ako waiting pa din... nagpasa ako aug 19 at naka recerived ng acknowledgement nung sept 7 at ngayon waiting pa din.. sana maging positive naman yung result ng application namin...

Hello Guys. Appreciate if you guys can help me.

I have yet to recieve my "review" result from ACS which was submitted last September 30. After that I plan to do IELTS or PTE whichever date I can get the earliest.

My questions are:
1. My nominated occupation is Software Tester. Did anyone get any positive response for state sponsorship lately?
2. Is it true that the ACS number of years in the assessment result is not the basis of computing work experience when applying for State Sponsorship?
3. For those who recieved an invitation already for the same occupation, how many points did you guys have?

Thanks in advance for those who can help me.

@toby101 sa ngayon wala pa kong nabablitaan na na approved for Software Tester... pero may pending application is @markp at ang pagkatanda ko 80points sya. at yes sa victoria total number of years ang computation hindi sa ACS.

Na-zone out ako sa isang passage, hindi ko ma-explain basta I'm waiting for the answer to the 1st question pero I realized nasa gitna na sya. Cost me hulaan yung 7 questions and I also have 2 blanks. I need 30 out of 40 to get Band of 7. Please pray for me.

- I answered yes, kasi nabigyan na dati husband ko ng 456.

**Have you, your spouse, or any of your dependants ever visited Australia i.e. travelled?
- di ko alam isasagot dito, is this only for parang tourist visa?

according sa help guide under the last question:
This question requires you to advise if you, your spouse or any of your dependants have ever visited Australia (including for travel). If you, your spouse or any of your dependants have visited Australia for any length of time please answer 'yes' to this question.

---as long as umapak po kayo ang ausi land, on whatever visa or purpose, YES po ang sagot, and just elaborate what visa/purpose..

these 2 tricky questions including kapag nalagay mo na may kaibigan/kaanak ka sa ibang state, will lead to another follow-up question by the Victorian state. itatanong po nila kung bakit hindi yung napuntahan mo na or natirhan mo na yung pinag-applyan nyo ng SS (if different from Victoria yung tinirhan nyo dati.hope it clarifies your doubt

Hi everyone. Magtatanong po sana ako regarding sa application ng father ko. We need your help and some inputs please.
Nagpa-assessed na siya with ACS and finished na PTE. Analyst Programmer ang nominated occupation niya.
Age (turning 44 this December) - 15; Education - 15; Experience - 15; PTE - 10 Total: 55pts
He needs 5 pts or more.
Andito siya ngayon sa Melbourne (dependant visa, bago lang natapos aral mama ko). Work siya sa factory kasi wala siya mahanap na work related sa occupation niya kasi PR/citizen lang ang tinatanggap.
Nagsubmit siya EOI for Victoria State Nomination last September. Humingi ng further docs, mas detalyado na CV.
Questions:
1. Sa mga na-granted ng visa, Pwede po makahingi ng copy ng DETAILED CV niyo as a reference para malaman kung paano yong tama na format according sa gusto nila?
2. Kailangan po ba na nagtatrabaho siya in-line sa kanyang occupation para ma-nominate ng state?
3. Kailangan po ba na may offer for work in-line sa kanyang occupation para ma-nominate ng state? if yes, Baka may ma-refer kayo na job po.

Hi, can anyone help me. I will be applying for VIC SS. nag-start na ko mag-fill-up sa VIC site. once submitted pwede na rin ba ako submit ng EOI 190? or wait ko muna result ng VIC nominated bago ako mag-create ng 190 EOI?

@nit@sirk sa pag create ng VIC SS application, kelangan mo ilagay yung EOI Number dun. So suggest ko na gawa ka ng EOI specifically for VIC.

Pwede rin naman yung plano mo na i-leave sya as blank tapos hihingin na lang nila in the future pagka successful na yung application mo.

Another questions po regarding fill-up ng application:

Q1.6 Please provide your DIBP points mark e.g. 60 - ang ilalagay ko ba dito na points ay yung without SS points, 60 ako currently pag wlang SS, pag meron na magiging 65. so 60 or 65 po ba ang ilalagay ko?
Q9.4 How many years/months post qualification work experience do you have in your nominated occupation? - more than 10 years na kasi ako nagwo-work and all these years ay the same job role. so ilalagay ko pa rin po lahat ng work exp. kahit more than 10 years na?
Q10 Total estimated amount of financial resources you have, including all of your assets (in A$) e.g. 100000 - what if po yung isang asset ko like house is still under bank loan, ilalagay ko pa rin po ba ang total cash value ng house kahit di pa ito fully paid?

2) ours is 10.5, so nilagay ko yun. I think yung relevant lang based sa acs. Kasama yung nadeduct na points na pasok sa nominated occupation mo.
3) im not sure if allowed pero i did put all assets kahit di pa nakapangalan samin

Either way, ok lang. Pero it's better na mag-apply kana agad ng EOI before state nomination kasi hihingin dun sa online form ng Victoria ung EOI account number mo.

sa EOI din kasi sila mag-bbased ng information natin.

guys, nag rerequest saken Victorian government ng written statement why I'd like to work and live to Victoria.. meron na po ba dito nakagawa na nun? yung mga naresearch ko sa ibang forums sabi daw kaylangan maipakita na gustung gusto mo dun despite na may relative ako sa ibang state.. any advice naman po ng tamang pag gawa nun.. maraming salamats!
