@Jaehaerold pwede ka na maggenerate ng emedical referral letter (HAP ID) sa heath tab at magpamedical at kumuha ng NBI clearance at iupload ito once macollect mo. upload ka na rin form 80 at 1221.

@Jaehaerold kung naglodge ka na, better wait for CO contact kasi sabi sa dibp website tatagal daw pag nagpamedical ka after lodgement (at before CO contact). Sa nbi, i think no case naman kahit kumuha ka before CO contact.

Sa mga married females na kumuha ng NBI clearance sa Philippines, may I ask kung married name nyo na ginamit nyo or yung maiden name nyo pa? May nakalagay kasi dun na husband's family name kay amedyo naconfuse ako. Hehe. Thanks in advance sa sasagot!

tried and tested na po.. pag complete documents upon lodging is almost 100% na makuha ang Direct Grant.....

Another question: May mga irerequire ba of siblings/parents that are not part of the application/not migrating with us? Kami lang kasi ng immediate family -- husband, wife, daughter ang migrating.

yes po.. need tlga 80 and 1221.. mas maganda na ma upload mo na lahat bago pa magka CO application nyo.. if not for sure tatanong ng CO mga lacking docs.. if complete na.. the higher the chances of getting Direct Grant hehehe.. goodluck

Fyi lang po sa lahat, pwede na magpadeliver thru online ng NBI Clearance ngayon. No need na pumunta sa NBI mismo. Di ko lang sure paano pag may hit. Hehe

i'm about halfway dun sa 17 questions sa Immi website after clicking Apply Visa.

Questions po:
1. Anong documents yung kelangan outright i-upload? Wala pa po akong NBI Clearance; meron lang ako kung ano yung mga ginamit for EOI.

2. @mehawk28 Sa case nyo po, kinomplete nyo muna yung lodgement before NBI and Medical?
When you said waive yung medical, bale ako lang po ba muna yung magpapa-medical and my son, then later na lang si preggy wife and new baby?

@biboy329 More or less yun lang din naman ang need i-upload na mga docs. And you can always upload documents every now and then. Ang importante lang eh ma-lodge yung application, which is, mabayaran yung visa fees. Pedeng to follow na yung iba. Other cases, inantay pa nila ang 1st contact w/CO bago ma-upload ang medical at NBI.

Confused na ako. Should we already lodge our visa application? Do we wait for CO to advise HAP ID? Or should we do our medical first?

For those who got direct grants, what procedure did you follow?

@auitdreamer It will depend on a number of factors. Number one of course is money. If money is not an issue then next would be how soon do you need to be in Australia?

Answers to these questions will help you decide since you have already received your ITA and decide to lodge, you can also arrange for medical even without COs contact since there is already a link for medical with HAP ID, same is true for NBI/ Police Clearance.

Your answer to the second question is important because the last day of first entry will be dependent on how soon you do the medical or NBI / Police clearance as both have one year validity. But if you will be going to Australia within 2017, then this will not be an issue, do it now as long as you have the money to process everything.

Take my example, I got my invite and lodged the visa on the same day that I got it last December 21 (cut-off of my credit card also, perfect timing I will pay it this February 2017 pa

), but I decided that I should be in Australia by January 2018, so I can't process my medical and NBI this December, earliest possible would be January 3, 2017 because of the declared holidays here in the Philippines. That means if I got cleared on my medical and got the NBI Clearance on January 3, 2017, my last date of first entry would be one year after that, which is January 3, 2018.

For those who got direct grants, they did upload everything including medical examination, NBI clearance, Form 80 and 1221 before the first COs contact (ranging from as early as 5 to latest 30 days from date of lodging).

@mugsy27 Nakita ko po sa signature mo na same day mo nareceive yung ITA mo, nag lodged ka rin ng eAppeal sa SG COC? Papano mo ginawa yun? I thought kelangan nila ng request from DIAC then saka lang nila ieentertain yung request mo. Anong document po sinend mo sa kanila na galing sa DIAC requesting for SG COC? Thanks.

I actually just got our NBI clearances today so I guess there's no reason to hold off on getting the medical. We're also planning on moving to Australia as soon as makakuha ng work and within 2017.

And thanks for the tip regarding the card. I will also lodge after my credit card cut-off hehehe! Sayang din sa points.

ITA is enough para ma approve ung e-appeal for SG COC( para sa main applicant)
while para sa dependent is need muna mag lodge para maka pag e appeal for SG-COC
invitation email ung inattach ko with employment pass n passport po...

@biboy329 ang ginawa ko samin ay after lodgement saka kme kumuha NBI at nagmedical kc nung nag lodged kme kinabukasan ay nanganak c wife. Tiniming talga nmin s due date ni wife. Kc iniisip nmin n naka depende ang IED n ibbigay ni CO s NBI at medical kaya minaximized nmin ang pag lodged.

Pwede n kau mag medical pati c wife. Bale sabihin nyo nlng s clinic n pregnant c wife para i-hold nila ung XRay. Then pag labas ni baby, pag na add n cya ni CO saka cya mag mmedical at ung remaining ni wife n XRay. Alam nmn nila n di pwede mag xray pag pregnant.
