I was not supposed to check my mail so i wont get disappointed. I have already conditioned myself na march pa makuha un grant. But then @Teng10 updated us with his status kaya nagbaka sakali lang ako since we had almost the same timeline.
And there it was. The golden mail. Im still shaking up to now.

One thing we learned, when it comes to credit card transactions...wag ka masyado maniwala sa branch managers..hahaha.. not their forte, ika nga. Marami sa kanila, di alam yung about sa overpayment kaya sinasabi nilang baka mareject or papatawagin ka dun sa hotline ng credit card para sure.
Good thing I have a friend na customer service agent ng BPI and handles CC transactions and inquiries, she confirmed na pede mag-overpay basta one-time transaction lang.
Nung nagkita uli kami ni bank manager and naikwento sa kanya bout overpayment...sabi nya, "may natutunan ako sa inyo maam ah...pede pla yun." Toinks!

Actually galing ako ng BPI (ibang branch na bigger) kahapon and nagkaroon kami ng mahabang discussion hehe.
Ang ibinigay nilang options sakin is to request for a temporary increase of credit limit, mas mabilis daw kesa sa permanent increase pero will still take a few days. No approvals needed.
Or mag-apply ako ng e-prepaid credit card. Yun daw kasi walang credit limit; kung ano yung fund mo dun, yun ang limit mo. Few days din ang aabutin.
Ngayon parang gusto ko na i-try yung ginawa mo kasi Feb.19 na expiry ng ITA ko!!
