Ang weird nman nung sayo kasi kung sa mga forms mo wala lahat middle name san nila nakuha yung middle name? Makikita lng nila yun sa passport na submit at birth cert... email ka na lng cguro sa knila...
Dapat mag based sila sa mga forms and application names na na fill up mo online di ba?
