Filling up of EOI & Requirements after invitation

I agree with @wanderer ... you can make 2 EOIs for 189 and 190. One will not affect the other. Godbless!

Hi guys!

I got 60 pts now, but closed pa ang job ko sa SOL. Can I submit EOI na ba (as adviced by the others para naka-que na daw) or should I wait for the re-opening on July?

|Nasa CSOL ung job ko sa South Adelaide, but SA site requires 80 points.

Any advice pls.

Another question. I only assumed 60pts, Vetasses only gave me 4.3 yrs of exp which means 5 pts.. (55pts all in all), they did not include the 2 yrs of exp (i asked them bout this but they dont reply. parang feeling ko they only want me to apply for an appeal para may fee or bayad ulit). I had all the docs to support that 2 yrs, so I assumed DIBP would give me 10pts for the exp.

Is it correct na despite Vetasses gave me 4.3 yrs of exp, DIPB can still consider that 2more yrs?

Yes DIBP will give the final points for your experience although they also consider the suggestions of the assessing body. However, they dont fully rely on it. So may chance na ma credit lahat ang experience mo.

If I were you, just do EOI for 190. Malay mo, e sponsor ka nila. Wala nman bayad ang EOI.

docs are required upon lodgment of application not on eoi

Hello po. Question ulit. 🙂 About sa pag-update ng EOI. nammove/nadedelay ba yung pagreceive ng invite everytime naguupdate ng EOI, assuming na walang changes sa points?

basta walang changes sa points claimed, wont affect your eoi.

Hello, pwede na po kaya magsubmit ng EOI if 65 points plang kasi yung points for nominated skill occupation ni hubby is 70 na. Marereject po kaya yung EOI

Yes hindi po kasama ang state sponsorship. As per DIBP website "The above figures do not include invitations issued for State and Territory Government nominated visa subclasses. State and Territory Governments nominate throughout the month for specific points tested skilled migration and business innovation and investment visas. Separate results for these visa subclasses are provided monthly."

Generally, pwede na po ang 65 points for EOI if other requirements ay meron na, one of which is the positive nominated skill occupation. But then again, hindi po lahat okay coz other professions or ANZSCO codes ay need ng 70 para ma invite like ng accountants. So depende po yun sa ANZSCO code na inapply nyo po. Ano po ba code nyo?

Meron na requirements for 65 points iniisip namin isubmit then choose 189 & 190 for state sponsorship (for 5 points) hindi ko lang alam kung baka mas matagalan pag nag kumuha ng state sponsorship. Pag Victoria state sponsorship kailangan kaya isubmit separately or thru eoi pwede?

@nehalem I agree with Xiaomau82. You can create 2 EOIs, one of which is 190 with Victoria state sponsorship. So depende nalang kung anong mauna. If may ITA pareho, so pwede ka na mamili. Goodluck!

Question po, need po ba yung mga contract from previous employer? or pwede po yung COE na pinass sa ACS para sa requirements ng visa?
