@mauriceserrano nasa anong stage ka na? if assessment like in ACS yung required tlga is detailed COE with job description...bale special request tlga yun from HR. May guidelines nman yung assessing body if anu dpat nklagay sa CoE. If ayaw mag provide ng former employers then dun ka mg statutory declaration.

@mauriceserrano , may standard format ng stat dec, i google mo lang. Nag dedeclare ka dun ng facts na nais mong sabihin, tapos ipa sign mo ng lawyer to make it a legal document. Kung sa Job description yan, sabihin mo dun naka list, kung ano Job title, company, dates, tasks, working hour, or any other relevant info. Then state mo na this are true, then pa sign mo sa lawyer, actually both of you will sign. Alam din ng lawyers yan, they can suggest to modify the content to have stronger statement.

@mauriceserrano AIMS- agent mo b to? Actually agent dapat magbigay sau ng sample. In my case i provided my agent nung need nya like duties & resp, salary, etc. then the agent will do the format. Tapos papanotary ko nalang. Mahirap n kasi kumuha sa dating employer sa pinas lalo na pag your working overseas.

@mauriceserrano overseas kba? If yes no need n umuwi kpa sa pinas para lng kumuha ng detailed COE. Gawa k lng nung Stat. Declaration then dyan po pa notary sa lawyer kung saang bansa ka ngyon. Yung agent mo dapat tumulong sau for sample and format

Question po meron na po ba rito nakapag try ng dalawang EOI ang sinubmit? 190 po kc ang visa subclass ko e need ng state n state nila ang naka select s eoi. 2 po kc ang state na pwd ko applyan. So kng pwd i can apply to both state. TIA

Hindi ko po sinali kasi sa skills assessment ko yung masteral degree ko na non-related sa ICT naman (management). Yung sa skills assessment ko hanggang bs degree lang sa ICT (bs ece) ang dineclare

Dapat ko pa po ba ilagay iyong masteral ko sa EOI?

@mauriceserrano hello, bakit d mo na lang gamitin yung CoE na ginamit mo nung nagpa skills assessment ka? Sa skills assessment required yung detailed CoE with job description so baka meron ka na nun diba?

@se29m bro, yung ITR ba dto sa SG is yung tax statement na pinapadala sayo ng IRAS? Or separate request pa sya?

Saka ilang months ng payslip ba usually ang required?

Sa Form 80 and 1221 ba kelangan ko rin paghiwalayin ang employment na creditted ng assessing body? Sa electronic form sa immiaccount kasi nakahiwalay eh (yun kasi yung nilagay ko sa EOI).

Bale Jan 1, 2014 uptil now, same company and same designation ako. Since July 2014 onwards ang na-credit sa akin, hiniwalay ko ang entry ko sa EOI:

Jan 1, 2014 - July 31, 2014 : Company A - Not related

Aug 1, 2014 - Present: Company A - related

Hi guys, I need your advice. I worked in Iraq before for 2 years but I don't have a Police Certificate from there and I cant think of any way na makakakuha pa ako ng Police cert dun..ano po kaya pwede ko gawin?

Hi @rich88 ung CoE q na cnubmit sa AIMS before hnd nman detailed pero umubra, ngaun nrrequest aq ng agency q ng CoE q na detailed.. Thank God after sa pghhnty sa mga request q sa mga dati qng employer nkakuha naq detailed coe buti lng hnd inabot maexpire ng invitation q... Hehehehhee

Nagkakaproblema ako pagcreate pa lang nang EOI account, sa part ng reCAPTCHA validation, ayaw tanggapin kahit anu insulat ko. If somebody had experienced this before and solved it hingi sang ago tulong.

Hi Everyone, Ask ko lang po regarding sa non-migrating family members, how does this work? I understand that once I declared a non-migrating family member (e.g. mother and father) they will have to provide health and police clearance. Ano po ba ang effect in the future if I did not declare? Coz I am worried that my parents may not pass the health checks due to their age.

Question concerning EOI

For this field - "Would the client be accompanied by the client's partner in a future application?"

In my EOI, I will include my partner for the 189 application (both of us in the same application)

So for this field - shall I tick "No"? Cause from my understanding - in the future you will assist your partner on his/application if NOT including altogether in the same application as yours.

Hopefully, someone could clarify.

Hello, I'm not sure if this is the right thread for my question. Last August, I applied for subclass 489 in QLD but after 2 weeks I got email that my occupation has closed.

My question is, ano mangyayari dun sa EOI ko? Gusto ko sana naka-line up na yun application ko para just in case mag-open ulit (hoping ako kahit papano haha) naka-queue na yun application ko. Do i need to create again another application then submit to QLD for 489 or ok na yun existing app ko hindi nila ni-delete sa Skillselect?
