Hello! I will be applying online for my parents' visitor visa and I just wanted to ask if sufficient na po ba yung Form 956a Appointment or withdrawal of an authorised recipient if I would just be setting up the Immi-account, filling up the forms for them, uploading docs for them, and receiving the correspondence . Or do I also have to fill up the Form 956 Advice by a migration agent/exempt person of providing immigration assistance ? I'm not sure if the assistance I would be giving is classified as "immigration assistance" kaya medyo confused pa ako. Your advice would be highly appreciated! Thank you!

@axlrose i don't think it can be considered immigration assistance as you are family member processing it for them.

hello po...may nakapag try na po ba dito ng apply for tourist visa for parents kahit hindi pa PR (457 visa kmi now).may chance po kayang ma approve? Ask ko lang din po..paano niyo ni upload yung mga payslips or bank statements niyo if sinabi niyo pong kayo ang mag pay for all costs eh kc ang nakalagay sa required document, financial capacity - personal...wala kc akong makitang option na recommended docs nna puedeng iupload...thanks po....

Hello, yung tourist visa ba sa parent is multiple entry? Valid for 1 year normally? And maximum of 3 monts stay?

@Heprex case by case basis po. Yung sa father ko 1 year multiple entry and max 3 months stay from the date of arrival. Yung sa mga other relatives ko nmn was 3 years multiple entry and 1 year stay from the date of arrival.

Hiningan din ako, medical at insurance. I think dahil sa "Length of Stay - Up to 12 months" - this is per visit kaya sila nag require.

@Liolaeus, kailan ka nagsubmit? Yung medical alam ko meron talaga pero yung travel insurance hinihingi rin pala. May nakuha ka ng insurance?

@ironman_gray22 Nung friday lang ako nag submit. Tas kahapon hinihingi insurance at medical. Alam ko hindi na kelangan pag short stay visa lang. Di pa ko kukuha insurance kasi short stay lang yung inapply ko.

1 year validity, maximum 3 months stay (per visit) yung target ko makuha. Hindi ako mag submit ng insurance kasi for "Up to 12 months stay" lang yun required.

Yung 18 months validity, max 12 months stay ba target mo?

Granted na yung sakin. Nag submit lang ako n form1023 kahapon changed up to 3 months stay per visit. Mabilis lang pala process.

@pink gawa ka ng statutory declaration (alam ko meron format dito sa first part ng forum), tapos ipa JP mo. Then yun ang iscan mo to attach in your application.

Word document lang ginawa ko tapos save as PDF. I-pinatong (photoshop) ko lang yung signature ko from other docs kasi wala ako available scanner ngayon. Normal format letter lang ginawa ko: Date, To, Content, From, My signature. Di ko na ipinanotaryo.

Hello! Im applying for my parents to visit here as I will be giving birth this year. Sa health check section of the (visitor visa) application, if I answer YES to the question asking if they intend to enter a hospital/health care facility, would they be automatically required to complete a medical exam? If so, complete medical exam ba? Their length of stay would be less than 3 months. Hoping someone can help! Thank you!

Nope hindi na po kelangan. Pag Long Stay (Up to 12 months) lang kelangan yung medical.

Hello mga kabayan...tanong ko lang po sana kung meron na po nagtry na maginvite ng mother in law as tourist visa? The plan is to apply for my mother's tourist visa based on her own documents and my husband will provide the invitation letter and his own income documents and bank certificate. We are vying for the 18 months visa grant po sana. Currently wala pa po ako work so si hubby lang ang meron income documents at sya lang ang pede maginvite. Salamat po in advance sa inyong inputs.

Hi, pwede mag tanong. Sino recently nag apply ng tourist visa sa immi account for parent and siblings. Ano po ang processing times ninyo? Onshore ko po ni lodge using my immi account. Salamat!
