hello guys,

need your help here.
my husband was sponsored by regional state of NSW. We had our TRN already and we advised the nominating body of the TRN. my question is: how will i know if the nominating body sent the form 1100 to DIAC? is it ok to inquire or follow up the status of his nomination from the nominating body? we haven't received any email messages from the body after we sent the TRN tru email...it's been a month now and no feedback from them...

    @sheep: ilang days ba ang waiting mo before ka pinadalhan ng kopya ng form1100? kasi hanggang ngayon wala pa akong feedback from them...i sent again another email message and i hope makapag bigay sila ng status..sa pagkaka alam ko kasi, di ka mabigyan ng CO pag di pa nakatanggap ang DIAC ng form 1100 from nominating body. tama ba? sponsored kasi siya ng northern inland...

    @ Maam olive sa akin after sending the sponsorship form the incharge in immig in nsw ,instructed me to sent the trn which be given to me by diac after after i submit my papers,then after two days na npadala ko na ang trn pinadala kaagad sa akin ng nsw incharge thru forwarded message ang form 100,forwarded kasi ang other copy ay pinadala sa diac.

    @sheep: sir, ok pala sa iyo kasi action agad. sa amin hanggang ngayon wala pa. am thinking na baka busy lang ang northern inland council ngayon kaya na delay...isip ko nga na padala ko by post ang TRN kasi baka di nila mabasa sa dami ng email messages na natatangap nila araw-araw...am claiming that God will guide us...i have to be patience lang seguro...thanks sheep!

    yup,thank ful ako sa nsw goverment kasi after pinadala ko yung application for sponsorship and after two days tinaanggap kaagad ang sponsorship ko at pinadala kaagad sa akin yung scan at yung hardcopy pinadala sa airmail..alam cguro nila na naghahabol ako sa time kasi 3rd week ng june ako nag apply 1 week nlang para july.....yung scan nlang pnadala ko sa diac yung hardcopy dumating 1 week lang..just email them again and again....baka busy lang sila or absent yung incharge..sa akin kasi pag absent yung incharge may automatic responce na she's absent and gonna back after 2 days......kung wala tlaga last choice mo call them.....just my opinion......

    sa akin wala....eywan klang sa iba..cguro dahil province tlaga siya kasi ang population nila is maliit lang compare sa population sa atin in province...just my opinion.....

    @unanimous21: hi guyz! nagbayad kami ng AUD405 sa application namin sa northern inland NSW regional sponsored.. di naman sila naghanap ng bank statement...demand draft lang ang payment namin...

    @sheep: tama..mostly pag state ka mag apply no payment required...mostly mga regional lang ang naga required talaga ng application fee...

    @sheep anong position inapplayan mo sa NSW? and pwede q ba hingin ung email address or website? ang bilis kasi ng action sau so try q din. civil engineer aq. nag try aq sa Victoria, kaso di daw nila kelangan ng civil engineer for now. =(

    @onesilvertwo depende pa sa magiging result ng ielts at ACS assessment kung need ko mag 176 visa... as of now kasi sa computation ko ng points pasok naman sa 175

    ... nakakatuwa lang and good news na kasali na ulit ang ICT sa state sponsorship ng Victoria at least binigyan tayo ni Lord ng another option... kung para sayo talaga ang OZ laging may paraan at signs, it's for us to decide ng tamang deskarte and pray lang lagi :)

    @mimaahk parang gusto ko mag try ng state sponsorship. Haha! I read through the website na binigay mo(http://www.liveinvictoria.vic.gov.au), may required funds na nakalgay, though di naman nakalagay na isasama sa application at di rin namention na hihingin nila.. Sakto 65 pts lang kasi ako, try ko lang kung makakakuha ako ng extra 5 pts.


    If I decided to try, mga dec ko pa malodge final application sa diac.
    What's your insight about this? Hehe

    @onesilvertwo actually hindi ko pa din masyado nareview mga requirements for state and regional sponsorship...

    ...yan din naisip ko and additional process na naman... and may mga limitations just like pag stay dun sponsoring state for 2yrs diba.

    Good alternative kung kulang talaga ng points... the best pa din 175 visa i think :)

    Sirs sa pagkaintindi ko hindi naman absolutely required ang financial capacity lalo na kung may makikita kang prospective employer. May parang rule of thumb kasi sila na inaassume nila it will take a new migrant around 6 months before they can finally land a job. Kung masipag ka naman at masuwerte di ka naman aabot nang ganun katagal :)

    Salamat sa info @LokiJr. So parang "ideally" dapat may ganoong amt lang but they will never check? Sabagay, sa application din, di naman sila humihingi ng proof. May part lang na kailangan mag fill-out ng amount. Pwede kaya na ang ilagay lang don ay say 12000 AUD (smaller than what they mentioned on the requirement). Atleast madali dali makumpleto ang ganyang amount incase humingi ng prrof or let's just say yun lang ang meron ako. Acceptable kaya ang ganyan move?

    pag tourist visa puede means may plano ka bumalik dahil may mga asset ka pinas. pero for PR visa i dont think so. kailangan mo ng cash to support your stay while looking for work. try mo sayo... meow...

    Worried ako because I've read in other forum na minsan inaabot ng 1 year yung pag approve ng state nomination.Ang SA ba at WA eh matagal din mag approve? Dito lang kasi pwede yung occupation ko.I'm planning din sana sa Northern Territory pero inaabot daw ng 6 mos. If that's the case,baka abutan na ako ng July 2012 changes.

    pede nyo nmn n ipa decesion ready s mara agent pra 28 days.ang alam ko ay ens,rsms at 457 pede ipa certified s mara agent para 28 days lng ang processing, pero dapat kumpleto talaga lahat bago nyo ipa certified.pede nmn n yung cerfified decesion ready lng byaran nyo n fee s mara agent.try nyo inquire email c [email protected]
