    @Kris_New Hi CV kasi is highlighting your own experience, educational background etc. Cover letter highlights how you fit in the job description they have advertised. Kadalasan kass dito, nagshort list sila based on cover letter. Dont know if its true, but some recruiter have this application daw na tagasala ng applications using word patterns.

    @agentKams thanks po. In my experience both in UK and SG, kahit na gumagamit sila ng programs, i think it really boils down on how you have presented yourself in the CV and cov er letter. Sa akin kasi, a cover letter just summarizes what you have done in your CV, highlighting what you have significantly accomplished over your career. While your CV does this in a more detailed way.

    Feedback po ako once nkapagtry na ako sa market next week.

    I got my Masters in UK, sana recognized nila dyan or else, simula sa baba tlga hehehehe...
